"The staff was extremely helpful. I ask where the ice was and the maintenance man got me some from the kitchen because the ice machine was out of service. There are two great restaurants in the hotel. "

"We stayed at the winners inn several years ago and it was awful. The rooms were dingy and it was just gross. We decided to give them another chance after hearing about their remodel and we couldn’t be happier. The room was really clean, the bathroom- everything remodeled. Granted there was no microwave, but we weren’t there for accoutrements. We were there for a quick overnight stay, we didn’t require a microwave or refrigerator. We had the basics and it worked out great. The rooms are not huge, bit we had two full-size beds but again it worked out great and everything from the beds to the bathroom to where you hang up your clothes, everything’s spotless. It’s also helpful to have a restaurant right downstairs, which saves time when you have to hit the road. Pleasantly surprised and glad we gave winners in another chance. If you don’t need a refrigerator or a microwave, this is a great place to sleep for a night or two."
