A modern and fully equipped air-conditioned apartment located in the popular tourist resort of the Methycal Sands Resort in Kapparis. The resort has an outdoor pool, tennis court and children's playground.

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms and a living room with open solution to the kitchen and exit. Each room has its own air conditioning. The apartment has a double bed, 2 single beds, a sofa bed and an extra bed. 6 people can fit in the apartment. The kitchen is furnished with a dining table with 6 kitchen chairs.

The apartment has a large terrace with outdoor furniture (a table with 6 chairs).

 The apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-storey house, just 5 minutes walk to the beach (500 m to the beach). There are several supermarkets, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance.

Within a short distance you can find buses that can take you to the popular resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa. 15 minutes drive to Ayia Napa and 8 minutes drive to Protaras. Larnaca International Airport is approximately 65 km from the apartment.

Fantastic apartment. Very spacious and clean. Great communication with the owner before and during the stay. Very impressed with the massive screen TV, Dishwasher, washing machine and other touches to make it a home from home. Very close to beach, bars and restaurants. Everything is on the doorstep. Great holiday flat!
Perfect modern flat, in a great location. The flat was really clean, functional and the host even provided us with beach towels. The parking spot is secured and the shared pool was really nice as well. There was a bit of confusion during check in as the host didn't contact me beforehand but after a phone call everything was arranged. Overall, we had a great experience and I can highly recommend this flat.

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, die Wohnungen sind aber sehr nah nebeneinander, so dass man bei der Privatsphäre Einschränkungen hinnehmen muss. Im November waren zum Glück nicht alle Wohnungen belegt. Die Wohnung selbst ist tadellos in Ordnung, alles funktioniert im Küchenbereich, Betten ok., Sofa riesig und bequem.

Tolle Lage, große Wohnung und schöne Poolanlage
Unser Aufenthalt war schön, die Lage war top. Viele traumhafte Strände in der Nähe und gute Lokale zum Essen. Ein Auto oder ein Roller sind aber fast notwendig, um in andere Städte zu kommen. Agia Napa ist auch nur 15-20 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Stadt Paralimni ist ruhig und angenehm zum Wohnen. Die Wohnung ist nicht auf dem ersten Bild zu sehen, sie ist Teil eines großen Appartement Viertels und befindet sich nicht in direkter Nähe zum Pool. Sie war größtenteils sehr sauber, auch wenn wir ein kleines Problem mit Ameisen hatten. Der Wasserdruck war sehr niedrig, sodass das Duschen oder Abwaschen manchmal länger dauerte. Der Duschkopf war leider etwas kaputt. Es gab einen großen Smart TV. Leider gab es keine Gewürze und kein Schneidebrett, sodass das Kochen ein bisschen schwierig war. Es wäre toll, ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie Gewürze oder Shampoo da zu haben, damit die Gäste diese nicht jedes Mal neu kaufen müssen. Ansonsten war die Wohnung sehr groß mit toller Poolanlage. Die Putzfrau war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und hat uns viel geholfen. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter verlief reibungslos und er war sehr hilfsbereit.
