Place is old. Smells musty. Needs a lot of renovation. Toilet was loose. Killed a German cockroach. Stained pillows. Probably won’t stay here again. Felt icky.

Had to get moved to a different room due to smell and cobwebs. The toilet leaked. 2nd room had to go buy air freshener and the toilet was loose so rocked. The toilet woukd have to flush 3 times for it to work. Tv cut on and off. Door lock was not working properly. Ac would blow cold than hot than cold again constantly

The room was dirty. The carpet was ripped. and the bed was very uncomfortable and questionable to sit on. Had to leave a get a different hotel.

It was really bad. It took us almost an hour to check in because the clerk didn’t know what he was doing and couldn’t get the funds from the reservation we made online. Put us in the first room was very dirty every wherever including floor, walls, ceiling, blood stained on floor, towels was very old and discolored, then changed to the second room and was the same and had no water, by this time it was already about 1:30 AM so we settled in the third room which was in the same condition. We will never stay at America Best Value In Paris again.

This place was advertised as comfortable and safe but was the opposite. The room was dirty, smelly and not the safest in the area. I wasn’t impressed but couldn’t cancel because it was pre-paid. Not recommended especially if you are traveling with the family.

False advertisement, needs work
Where to start... When advertising this is listed as "breakfast included" it was not and was very disappointed in the false advertisement. comforter was so dirty I saw white marks on it, grass and some just random dirty marks. threw off the comforter to get to the sheets and thankfully didnt seem dirty.... (we all know how that can be though) The TV in the room was broken with a lot of pixels out, lights in a lot places are out or flickering. (try to laundry in a coin laundry area while the light is flickering non stop at night... yeah-no.) could easily tell the floor was not vacuumed on top of which corners and edges where piled with dust/dirt.

Property needs a big time facelift…furniture, sink, towels, frig, microwave, TV…all extremely worn. Internet didn’t work in first room so had to move to another room. Staff were fabulous though which helped a lot.
