Great location but wouldn’t stay again

Location for Disneyland was really good but that’s about as good as it gets. When we arrived at reception we had to wait 35 minutes to check in, there is a LOT of building work currently being done in the reception area so waiting 35 minutes with drilling and hammering behind us wasn’t very pleasant. When we were checking in we could barely hear the receptionist due to the banging. No information was given about the free shuttle to Disneyland and we couldn’t work it out for ourselves at all, we did wait at what we thought could be the bus stop but nothing ever came so we hand to spend 15 euros on a 3 minute taxi ride there and back each time. The room itself was nice (room 12) we had 2 single beds and a pull out sofa bed. The sofa bed was broken it was almost broke in the middle so the mattress wasn’t level at all. One of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept in to be honest but I was just glad that we were far enough away from the builders and didn’t have to listen to banging.

The size of the apartment was great and the layout perfect but there were lots of little things that made the room feel unfinished.. scrapes and chips out of the bathtub, clunky extractor fan making strange noises all night, pillow with stains on. The lobby was also being renovated which is great for future visitors but made the place feel even less special. We were lucky enough to have a nighta stay here as a gift and its a shame it was below our expectations.

Poor communication & hazards.

Room on 2nd floor where renovation work was going to start 2 days later. No communication about this. We had a pram and suitcase we were told to get lift to 1st floor and go walk Up all the stairs to 2nd floor and vice Versa. We had to walk through lights hanging down from ceiling, power tools laying everywhere. The builders tried to help move stuff to allow pram through however hotel staff not bothered. Also the power tools next door started at 8:30 and made for a noisy morning. Also the toilet did not have a hand basin inside. You had to walk through eating area, bedroom to get to shower room to wash hand. There was room in toilet room to put a hand basin in there.

Aparthotel was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the area too with a great shopping centre, and links to Disneyland and the city centre. As noted by others the hallways are in need of renovation due to peeling wallpaper, but we did see workman starting to deal with this while we were there. Overall we were very happy with the room, and the staff were kind and friendly. For a low budget, safe, quiet and convenient hotel in the Paris suburbs with good links to Disney and rail links to the city centre, look no further than this property.

The hotel is in pretty bad condition. The wallpaper on the walls is peeling off making the hotel look old or in bad shape. In the halls smells like mold or humidity. The temperature in the room is controlled by the front office so if you are freezing they have to rise it up and they will do it at the temperature they want to. The breakfast has very limited options and for the price you pay you would expect much more. The location And shuttle to Disney is great and convenient.

The location is perfect if you want to go to to Disneyland Paris. They offer a shuttle to Disney. We loved that There is a bakery right at the corner. They offer breakfast for a fee as well. Customer service was amazing the check-in team was very helpful. We only stayed for two nights, we didn't get our rooms done, but I'm unsure if it was by request and we didn't ask. If this is important make sure to ask. The hotel is a somewhat run down and needs updating. It was however what we needed and we would recommend.

We didn’t have any housekeeping while we were there which was a bit of a pain as could have done with bins emptying etc. good location with a nice bakery down the road and Val d’europe shopping centre food court close by. It’s not luxury but is ideal for a Disney trip

The room was decent, although it had definitely been smoked in. The hallways looked like a war zone. There were signs saying renovations were coming, but who knows if those were accurate. There was supposed to be free coffee, there was never any when I wanted it, like before 8 am. The fesk staff was nice with good English.

1)The hallways need to be renovated or are in the process of being renovated, either way if you stay here, expect an unfinished hallway. 2)The hallways have motion detector lights which take a while to turn on, so at night you could be walking in darkness in the hallway for a little bit. 3) There aren't any electrical converters so you need to buy one from the vending machine downstairs. Not all electric sockets can handle a hair straightener so the electricity did turn off in my suite but once I informed front staff they turned it back on. 4) The heat works great and the shower is good, there is lots of water pressure but the shower door only closes half way so water does splash into the ground. 5) There is no daily housekeeping so make sure to ask for more towels downstairs.

The hotel was beautiful, our room was very modern and was updated. We really enjoyed the 2 nights that we stayed. The bus picks you up right outside to take you to Disneyland or you can walk. It was very convenient. Half a block down there’s a bakery that has amazing macaroons and other goods. The property and hotel room were very clean.

For a 3 star hotel, the place was pretty beat up. En route to our room, you can see that all the wall papers have been torn. The room itself also smelled strongly of cologne probably meant to cover up smell? I would not stay here again

Fantastic stay for 5 nights. Right next to val d Europe shopping centre, small bakery up the top of the street which is to die for! Property hallways could do with a spruce but I don’t sleep in them! Short walk to Disney, shuttle bus provided but decided to walk! Would deff stay again.
