Further from Paris attraction
The best part was the Turkish restaurant nearby. It did not seem like an upstanding neighborhood.Landlord son came each time for key delivery and communication due to language was a slight barrier.If you were traveling without kids, fine. Not a place I would return.The place was clean. The internet did not work at all.Far from attractions

Clean apartment close to Paris
Apartment was good except for the fact that listing said that free WiFi and TV was included in the apartment. There was a really nice TV in the living room, but as we were checking in, the host said the Wi-Fi and TV hasn’t been working right. We asked for it to be fixed, but it wasn’t. It was in a questionable neighborhood, but the beds were comfortable.

Housing project not fit for habitation
Slum project, no wifi, hall smelled like cat urin, broken door to enter building very unsafe. Parking unsecured we were afraid of having car stolen. We spent a total of 5 min.in the apt. and that was more then the owner stayed, I believe he was afraid of having his car stolen.

Working in the centre of Paris we was 40 to 60 mins away by car this place suited us well. This apartment was spotless with everything you need The apartment is very well decorated and looks like it’s recently been renovated all facilities worked perfectly Free off road parking but can be busy Local shops and public transport Great hosts with great communication Would be happy to return

Wo soll man da anfangen? Bei unserer Ankunft waren wir geschockt vom Gebäude und der Umgebung. Ein Vorort von Paris geprägt von dort lebenden Farbigen und anderen nach Frankreich eingewanderten Familien. Waren aber alle nett! Waschechte Franzosen, wie man sie sich vorstellt haben wir dort nicht angetroffen. Zum Gebäude: Ein alter, nicht schöner und nach Sozialbau aussehender Block. Handtücher hängen aus den Fenstern und im Treppenhaus stinkt es und es ist dreckig. Zur Ankunft: Vollkatastrophe! Wir waren schon eher vor Ort, der Name der Vermieterin stand auf keinem Klingelschild und zu erreichen war sie auch nicht. Der Check in Termin wurde zeitlich weit überschritten, die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist nur einen Stern wert. Die Zusage, dass sie innerhalb einer halben Stunde dort ist hat sie nicht eingehalten. Wir wollten über fewo direkt stornieren und uns was anderes suchen. Der Service von fewo direkt und die Mitarbeiter am Telefon sind super. Wir wurden gebeten noch eine halbe Stunde zu warten. Auf den letzten Drücker kam dann der Sohn zur Schlüsselübergabe - wie gesagt mittlerweile viel zu spät. Die Wohnung selbst war super. Aufgeräumt und sauber. Da konnte man echt nicht meckern! Die Schlüsselrückgabe war auch nicht ganz problemlos. Wir persönlich können die Vermieterin nicht weiter empfehlen.

Helt ok boende med det mesta man behöver för att laga mat och sova. Tyvärr är det ca 1,5 Tim från Paris centrum med spårvagn, buss och tåg om det är dit man ska. Tidsmässigt och billigare att ta en Bolt från lägenheten till adressen. Väldigt nära till lokala restauranger, mataffärer, uttagsautomat och Mc Donalds. Troligen ett bra boende om ni ska till Disney. Trevlig värd som kan ordna hämtning vid flygplatsen om ni frågar. Anders

Die Kommunikation lief super, die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. In Laufnähe gibt es eine Tramm die einen in einer guten Stunde mit Umsteigen nach Paris bringt. Kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Laufweite der Wohnung zu erreichen.

Unser Aufenthalt war OK. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Allerdings fehlten einige Sache dort, wie Stühle, Besteck Töpfe, Schneidebrett usw. Kein Insektenschutz an den Fenster, nachts Mückenalarm!!! Deswegen konnte man schlecht lüften. Der Check-In war katastrophal, wir sind verkehrsbedingt eine Stunde zu spät gekommen, was auch vorher kommuniziert war. Trotzdem waren die Vermieter nicht mehr da. Auch telefonisch schlecht erreichbar. Nach stündigem Warten haben wir von den erfahren, dass der Schlüssel unter dem Teppich vor der Eingangstür lag... Die Umgebung ist nicht so schön, nur Hochhäuser und sehr dreckig und alles ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Von der Wohnung konnte man aber gut Paris und auch Disneyland erreichen, da sie in der Mitte von der Strecke liegt.

Gentillesse et bienveillance de la propriétaire.
Très joli appartement, la table était mise à notre arrivée, avec de la belle vaisselle. La propriétaire est très attentive à au bien-être de ses locataires. Semaine de location lié à un salon d'affaire. Très agréable d'y rentrer le soir. Proche du bus. 30 mn pour gagner la gare RER B d'Aulnay sous bois. Nous recommandons à ceux qui comme notre équipe fatique des semaines à hôtel.

Le logement n'a pas été facile à trouver de nuit. Nous n'avions pas d'indication particulière par avance, c'est en contactant la propriétaire que nous avons su qu'il y avait un bip pour rentrer par le portail voiture dans l'allée qui correspondait à l'adresse du GPS. On avait réservé pour 5 personnes, il n'y avait que 4 chaises et pas de couette pour le 3ème couchage, celui qui dormait dans le canapé futon. Pas de chauffage dans le logement, gla gla gla !! Globalement satisfaisant
