Great stay!
Location was amazing. Everything you could want within walking distance. Layout of apartment is a little tight for four people but you can make it work, especially if it is just for a few nights. The courtyard was sweet. Would stay here again.

The four of us could not have found a better location for our 4 days in Paris! In the heart of the Latin Quarter, within walking distance of most major tourist attractions, yet tucked away in a quiet courtyard that buffered nearly all street noise. Two minutes walking distance to the Metro. Surrounded by eclectic restaurants. Our hosts were very attentive to our needs & happy to quickly provide recommendations when we made inquiries. We LOVED our stay here & would book it again the next time we visit!

Located in a great location with many restaurants on the street. It is tucked back in a courtyard, so it was nice and quiet. Walking distance to many attractions. The layout is interesting and the size is typical of a European apartment. We would definitely stay again!

Great Location!
I stayed here with my husband and 2 adult daughters. I read the reviews so knew exactly what to expect. The host was very friendly and offered tips prior to our arrival. The location is phenomenal and in the heart of everything. It was surprisingly quiet given that you are located in a busy area with access to restaurants, etc. The court yard had a lot of charm. The home had a lot of character. We had a great stay in Paris!!!! The only recommendation would be to make the shower door opaque to provide privacy. We would stay here again.

If you want to really enjoy the Latin Quarter of Paris this is a nice property. The location is great. The courtyard makes you feel safe. Key sites of Paris are in easy walking distance. The host communicates immediately. The property is advertised for 5 or 6 people, in fact it is best suited for 4. (The “extra bed” is a blowup mattress and not the best.) Also, there is no way you can call this a “2 bathroom” apartment… there is one toilet, one sink and one shower. The fact that they are in separate rooms does not constitute 2 bathrooms in our opinion. Even so, if you want to enjoy the culture and ambiance of Paris, this is a good location.

Quirky but nice
A great location, close to the metro, restaurants and major sites. Slept theee adults comfortably. Only negative was shower and sink in the same small space. Everything else was good and photos of place were accurate.

Location! Location! Location!
We had a wonderful stay at Apt de Charme. It's a unique apartment within a secure and quiet courtyard. Everything was as described. Maikel was very responsive to any questions. I have a slight mobility issue but could maneuver through the narrow kitchen and bathroom facilities. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and nicely stocked with everything we needed. Once stepping outside the apartment building there were many restaurants, both eat-in and takeout, as well as wonderful patisseries.

Fantastic location and great service
We loved our visit and the arrangements and service were fantastic. The apartment is located close to Notre Dame, the Louvre and other major sites. It is surrounded by good restaurants. The apartment was clean - had all necessary items. A wonderful host and communications. Had a minor plumbing issue which was solved with an hour after sending a text. This is a traditional old building and as such, has some quirky features with strange steps, low ceiling in the WC and a strange bath sink in the shower. All that said, it sufficiently worked for our needs. This place has character.

Fabulous Location
This apartment is in a really wonderful location. It is also very quiet in the back of a courtyard. Maikel was very helpful in recommending nearby restaurants and very accessible to communicate with. There is not a lot of privacy, so I would recommend this apartment for a couple or a single person.

Love the neighborhood!!
Location was amazing!! Exactly what we were looking for. Loved the neighborhood atmosphere and the short walking distance to La Louvre and Notre Dame. Would definitely stay here again. Some suggestions…it’s a ground floor apartment and gets a little musty/humid. We used the oscillating fan, which was helpful. Second, the front door of the apartment is immediately next to a door to the neighboring restaurant’s galley. The main door to the apartment has glass windows on top, which makes it easy to see into the apartment, especially at night. I would suggest the owner consider adding some sort of privacy screen to the windows so renters can feel more at ease regarding privacy.

Great location - nice apartment.
Layout may seem odd if coming from North America with bathroom sink separate from toilet and shower/sink combo BUT it’s a beautiful two bedroom apartment with plenty of room for three adults and the location is simply stunning and unbeatable. In the heart of the Latin Quarter and steps from a key metro stop, the Left Bank, Notre Dame, step outside the apartment into the beautiful courtyard and then onto the most lively street in the area. The entire greater Paris region is easily accessible via transit from here. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else on the future.
