Pleasant stay in nice vicinity
Phillipe was super communicative and help as host. The apartment was as described set in a very ornate art nouveau building. Stairs to 5th floor difficult with large suitcases and bar below can be a bit noisy. Surrounding shops for food are great and plenty of nice cafes nearby. We would stay again with our 10 year old.

Clean and in a great location. Don’t remember noting it was on a fifth floor walk up. Also the TV didn’t work (during football tournaments - which would have been important to know) but host was great in communicating and very responsive.

Perfect Parisian Stay
Beautiful apartment in a great location, short stroll to the Metro so very easy to get around Paris, lots of cafes, restaurants, shops close by - the patisserie below is a must! Host Philippe was fantastic, responded quickly and very accommodating - free WiFi was such a bonus too! Loved every minute of our time in Paris, made all the more special staying at this lovely apartment. Highly recommend

Home away from Home
My parents brother and I stayed in Philippe's place for a weekend and loved it. We felt very lucky to get an insight into a true Parisian apartment surrounded by cute bakeries, stores and restaurants. Perfect location with easy walks to tourist attractions. Thank you !

My friend and I spent a long weekend in Paris and stayed here. It was truly a great apartment. The balcony was a lovely addition. The apartment was clean and the host, Philippe was wonderful and made the check in and check out process smooth and easy. 11/10 would recommend to my family. The location was wonderful. Literally close to restaurants, shops, metro, also away from super touristy areas. They even had a street fair right outside on Saturday and Sunday. Definitely plan to stay here again on the next visit.
