Everything was great. Hotel was nice and quiet. UNTIL we left for a day and came back to a missing bag. When we reported to front desk they had denied anyone going into the room but that was not the case because house keeping had gone in because we had fresh sheets and towels. And then they accused us of losing the bag when that was not also the case. And they did nothing to remediate the situation.

Been to airpot hotels before, but this one definetly felt like a rip off. Room was small, tv hanging crooked. Shower wand was barely hanging on. For 260EUR a night, which is 400 CAD, they can do better. Upside, bed was comfortable.

If you arrive the CDG airport late, make sure to pre-arrange a shuttle to the hotel. Taxi won't take us since it's too close, and we had to walk with luggage for >20mins. Terrible experience.

Great place near CDG airport with easy access to the airport. Plenty of parking. The dining options in the restaurant are limited and they could use hooks in the bathrooms for towels. However, most guests probably don't stay more than one night so a huge food choice and places to hang a towel are not important. We stayed here last year and again earlier on this same trip.
