It is very near to Gaite Metro. The staff is nice but not too proactive. I need to extend my stay, they did not inform that I can have special member rate though I mention that I always stayed in Citadine whenever I come to Paris. We only got to know when we move to Montmartre. The stayed in the room for one week, and no cleaning. when we asked, front desk said - of course can. but the cleaner said, No. they only do on specific date. We wanted to use laundry, we have to pay. If on the first day, recept inform that we can sign as member, then no need to pay for such small favor. I have to go and get clean towels as there was no cleaning done to the room. We want to move to a new room with a view when we come back from Lille. But our request was rejected. So we move on to Citadine Montmarte where the staff are more pro-active. The recept and the staff are very nice, but they need to be more prol-active..

Great location with Metro station close by. Hotel is situated in cup-de-sac so no through traffic. Reception staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Studio was in excellent condition!

The hotel was clean and comfortable with a nice courtyard. Breakfast although not included was good. We were disappointed that are room wasn't ready on time. Many things to do. We were 2 blocks from moulin rouge.

Great location just a couple of blocks from 2 different metro stops and many bus options. It is walking distance to the Moulin Rouge and Rue Lepic that has many dining options to choose from. There is also restaurant across the street that has good food and lots of other restaurants nearby. We flew into Orly and rode the metro to and from the airport ($10.30 each way) with no issues. We booked a room with a kitchenette, and it was nice having frig, microwave, dishwasher, and dishes. I would definitely stay here again!

I loved it here! I’m a 48 year old woman who traveled alone and I felt very safe and secure at this hotel and in this neighborhood. What a great neighborhood!!! It’s a 15 minute walk up to the Sacre Couer and a five minute walk to the Moulin Rouge. The Metro station is also a close five minute walk. The neighborhood is very safe and everything you need is close. I also really liked the rooftop deck and the fact that the street dead-ends at a cemetery. There are signs around town for the cemetery so it’s easy to find your way back to the hotel if you get turned around. There was a woman working the front desk (Samika?) was so incredibly kind and helpful. She arranged taxis and an airport shuttle for me. The water was hot, the breakfast was good, the staff was friendly and the rooms were cozy. No complaints, would stay here again!
