The hotel was in the perfect location for what we were looking for. The only negative, was the bed, although very comfortable, the bed went wall to wall, you needed to access from the bottom, no side area to put small items. The staff was very helpful, Ryan help with TV issue, and front desk help us with using the Metro to Disneyland, Paris.

Great staff, delicious breakfast. Very conviniente location walking distance to Arc du Triumph and other sites. Rooms are little be small but super comfortable beds and linens. Definitely staying there again.

Excellent hotel. Rooms are small but very clean and cosy. Fantastic location with a view from the rooftop bar of the Eiffel Tower which is a great place for a drink at night.

This location was perfect. Close to many shops and restaurants, and also has a grocery store right across the street. The hotel was just as I expected, nice decor and the rooms were nice with a comfortable bed. My favorite part of the rooms are the blackout curtains. I slept so peacefully.

Fantastic, Clean, Efficient Hotel
We switched to CitizenM from another hotel and could not have been happier with the choice. CitizenM rooms are spotlessly clean, efficient and well maintained. I’ve used the chain in San Francisco, Seattle and now Paris and the rooms are consistently great. Tip: If you have a large number of bags it will be hard to fit them all in the room because of its size. Unpack and store your clothes in the huge drawers under the bed, and have the hotel store your empty bag in the luggage room!
