Absolutely amazing hotel if you need a cosy place to stay. 5 minutes walk from CDG airport, terminal 3, easy to find. Very unusual and modern interior. Pleasant, welcoming, professional staff ready to help with anything you need. Exceptionally comfortable huge bed! Will definitely stay there again when Iā€™m back to Paris.

Great hotel, great internet. Stay here if you have early morning flights or trains to catch. Hotel does have a good vibe. Has a room downstairs for ironing clothes. The App is easy to use and makes being in the room easy. Food at hotel is mid but will get you through the hunger. Drinks are good. You should know rooms are small and privacy is limited- know the person you are sharing the room with well!

If I could give the staff member who checked us in 10 stars I would! He was amazing. He asked when we were flying out, told us when to leave the hotel, and even knew the terminal. So kind and fun! Excellent place to stay that is just a quick walk to terminal 3 at CDG airport. Very clean. I highly recommend.

So close to terminal. Farthest one away is a quick 5 min walk and a shuttle. So easy to find! You always know what you get with CitizenM! Great for solo or two travellers! Rooms are small but perfect for one night stay! Highly recommend!

Great Location & Clean but Guest Care is a Miss
If you are flying out of T3 at Charles de Gaulle, the location of this hotel is perfect. Itā€™s a 3 minute walk to the terminal. The lobby is bright and contemporary. The young man who helped us check in at the kiosk was delightful but the kiosk is really unnecessary and does not elevate the check-in experience. The room is bright and clean but it is a shoebox. If you have luggage beyond a small carry-on, it will become a tripping hazard. For no reason that makes any sense, everything electric is managed via an iPad. Honestly, this does not add value and seems unnecessary. Also of great importance: the bathroom is an opaque glass pod and you can 100% tell exactly what your room-mate is doing in there, but perhaps you will enjoy varying the mood lighting with the iPad. Privacy is not on offer. There was no hairdryer in our room. I called for one and was assured it would be sent right up but after 2 hours it never came. I was too busy repacking for my flight so didnā€™t have time to call again and so I had to board my plane looking like a sodden mess. At check-out, the ā€œambassadorā€ asked me if I would like that hairdryer now. The restaurant was fine but was similar in quality to a meal at IKEA and requires the customer to order at the bar and then go back to the bar to pick up the food when it was ready. I think this hotel seeks to be trendy but then misses the mark on service. For the price, a little care for the guests would go a long, long way.
