The staff is absolutely 5 star. Everyone we encountered from the front desk to the restaurant to the cleaning staff was friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. We walked almost everywhere but the Metro is right across the street. As others have mentioned, some of the public areas could use a refresh. Carpets are stained, etc. Nothing horrible but we came during the Olympics and paid a premium and this is not the kind of thing you want to see when paying this much. The gym is poorly stocked and attended. The terrace area was lovely.

Great location in Paris.
Great location near Metro and allows you to get anywhere in Paris quickly. Excellent customer service and wonderful buffet breakfast offered at the hotel.

Location is perfect, steps from subway entrance (the square in front not so nice). Breakfast buffet is really good. Rooms are very confortable. Unfortunately, our air conditioning broke down and we had to be moved. They didn’t have another room for a family of 4, we got 2 rooms instead. Not connecting rooms though. One of the rooms had also a deficient air conditioning. I told the front desk for their awareness but I was not going to waste more time moving again. The lady at the front desk said something about a Regulation requiring the coldest to be 19 Celsius/66 Fahrenheit (??!!). Again, I was not going to waste more time.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Paris Republique, an IHG Hotel, and had a delightful experience overall. The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the beautiful city of Paris. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Our room was clean, well-appointed, and offered a lovely view of the Republique square. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, setting us up nicely for our days of sightseeing. However, we did experience some disturbance due to demonstrations in the square, which led to increased noise levels . Despite this minor inconvenience, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would consider returning in the future.

Nice Hotel
Stay was very good only air conditioning was on the fair side did not work properly. Also lots of noise if you opened the window from the bar which lasted all night
