Fantastic 4 nights away with friends at a great hotel, we booked this hotel for their great prices and convenience to the Disneyland parks! From the moment we checked in we were made to feel extra special. We were very lucky to have a free upgrade during our stay to one of the suites. WOW. What an amazing room the room we booked looked great on the website but the suite was above anything we thought. Having the convenience of 2 rooms was by far the best way to travel with our 2 small children. The beds were very comfortable and the room had everything we needed plus more. We had breakfast at the hotel and the various food on offer was great for the whole family. We also visited the Buffett restaurant on our first night and were blown away by the quality of food on offer. A fantastic array of delicious meats, pastas and various other foods on offer. Overall would definitely return for another stay and would recommend to anyone looking for their next trip to Disneyland.

Beautiful and clean hotel. WiFi doesn’t work in rooms. The restaurant offers a Buffett. I paid around €150 for me and 4 of my kids which was disappointing because the variety of dishes was very limited. My kids were only able to eat cold boiled pasta. We ended up ordering food from Uber eats the rest of the stay which worked out better.

Wonderful Stay! My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of our honeymoon. It was wonderful! Large rooms, very clean and comfortable! I’d absolutely stay again! The breakfast buffet is included in the room rate and very good! Shuttle to Disneyland was very helpful and appreciated. Staff was helpful and kind.

Most magical hotel ever!

From arriving to the front door, to checking out our stay was absolutely magical! The smell in the hotel is absolutely amazing and I think it just elevates the experience! The decorations throughout the hotel is absolutely wonderful and although they technically aren’t a Disney hotel I feel like they did a really wonderful job with all the decorations! The price wasn’t too cheap but wasn’t too expensive either. I feel like for a couple, it was worth it considering you get free shuttle rides to and from Disney! I find the times aren’t too accurate but was not really a big deal. Breakfast was included although not the best, it was fine! Enough to keep you filled and energised walking through the parks. The toilets could do with a bit of renovating as it was a little outdated but nothing too serious! The bar in reception served really good food and had coffee (Starbucks). The view from my room was absolutely spectacular hopefully that’s what we get the next time we stay! It was so easy to store luggage’s with them as well after we have checked out so we could explore Paris and the Disney village. MOST of the staff were very nice and helpful except for one member of staff during the day in reception called (Em__) fill out the letters however you want. She was snotty with me and my friends while checking in AND out so I don’t know what her problem is. It was the only complaint to an otherwise magical stay! I would highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff were lovely. I don’t like that breakfast seems a bit of a free for all… it was manic! In the evening we had people trying to gain access to our room through the adjoining door and making a huge noise. Kids were running up and down the corridors between 11 and midnight screaming. Plus after paying €300 a night in accommodation to then have to pay another €17 a day in parking seems excessive.

I thought this property was going to be comparable to the Dolphin & Swan hotel in Orlando. It is not that. The hotel was dirty. Breakfast was very mismanaged made it unsanitary. The buffet for dinner is okay not worth the price unless it’s volume you like. Rooms are not vacuumed and there is no complimentary water. The TV does not have modern amenities let alone old ones it does not have decent cable signal you barely get 12 channels and I repeat if there is signal. The WiFi is awful you only get decent signal in the reception. There is a playground and a pool that is nice for kids we did not use the playground only the pool that was nice. Very let down over all.

Amazing hotel, gorgeous decor, smells amazing! The rooms are large, we had a double queen room which was fab! 10 mins in free shuttle to Disney. Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!
