We were very pleased with our stay here and the cleaning and desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Our room overlooking the boulevard was well appointed and quiet. The neighborhood is vibrant but not too noisy - don't miss the food markets on the boulevard median Wednesday and Sunday mornings, especially the Sunday one. We'll happily return!

They saved our honeymoon as we needed a last minute booking after a different place we booked was unsafe for us. We were pleased with how friendly the staff was and how nice the place was. Highly recommend it.

This is a small family owned hotel rather close to the Eiffel Tower. You are maybe 15 blocks walking. They were very helpful and the area near by is safe and there are restaurants and one or two mini markets.

There is a lot going on near this hotel including a Saturday market just across the street. There are a number of Brasseries, the Subway, pattiserie, grocery store, souvenir stores, the Eiffel Tower, all within easy walking distance. The staff was very friendly, inviting, and helpful. The only disappointing thing was the trash in the street. But the hotel itself was very nice. There is a bit of regular noise from the above ground subway across the street.

Great location. Brasseries and patisseries and a grocery in close proximity. Subway is very close. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower. Staff is great and very helpful. I do suggest they get on Whats Ap to accept phone calls from other countries. They are not answering their emails.
