A True Parisian Gem
All staff were pleasant and professional. Concierge was very helpful making transport arrangements for us. Breakfast was plentiful and varied and the bar was absolutely beautiful. Fabulous location, as well.

Staff was amazing in every way. It was a lovely visit, however our room was one double bed even though my reservation said Twin/Double Superior. They blamed Hotel.com because I booked through you and not them. The bed was supposed to be two twins that could be pushed together or pulled apart. Of course, ours was a double bed and not two twins. They had no other rooms available even though we arrived at 10 am with our reservation in hand and received our room a 4 pm.

The hotel was not to Hilton standards. We had to have the safe replaced 3 times because it was broken. There was no body wash in shower and we requested 2times. Staff accommodating and tried. Great location for train to Normandy but otherwise better locations. Disappointing.

Fantastic hotel near Gare St Lazare
The service from Johann on the front desk was excellent. We felt very welcome. Our rooms were not ready in arrival but we received an SMS message when they were ready. We got the upgrade being good and both rooms got lounge access. The lounge got very busy and hot and there's no spirits selection. The bar area is beautiful and the cocktails were great. Would love to stay again!
