The hotel’s location is excellent, and the staff were particularly nice, especially Stephen, who handled both my check-in and check-out. I give him five stars. The room’s condition was acceptable for the price I paid, so I can’t complain. However, there was only a bottle of hand wash in the room, so if you stay here, you’ll need to bring your own daily-use items. The good news is there’s a small store about a three-minute walk away where you can get everything you need. The room was quiet most of the time; there was slight noise, maybe from the metro trains, but it didn’t really bother me. Overall, I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Super convenient location, and the room was pretty clean. But when I checked out on 10th November , the middle aged woman with at the front desk was super rude !!!!!!!!! She was having a bad day maybe (in the morning around 9 o’clock) , and I know she is parisiennes, but her attitude made me even sad. If she hadn’t been there, I would have giving this hotel a perfect review

We found this property last minute and was near all the necessary ground transportations. Turned out to be very comfortable clean and walkable. Staff was friendly and the price was right.

The hotel was very well situated. The staff were friendly and efficient. The safe in room good. The rooms clean and fresh towels every day. The room was very small and had no view but squeezed in the basics. There wasn’t a bar and more information about the local area (a map, where to go in walking distance and how to negotiate Chatelet Les Halles station - unbelievably complicated - and the public transport system generally) would have been helpful.

Walkable to all major sites in Paris. Situated in a quiet safe location surrounded by village style streets filled with delightful pavement eateries and grocery shops. Staff are very professional, friendly and very helpful. Room is basic, with a private bathroom. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. There is a delightful window seat with french windows for fresh air. The room is also air conditioned. Tea/coffee facilities in the room, Tariff is reasonable. I would certainly return to stay at this hotel. Thank you Hotel Andrea!
