The reception and cleaning staff were lovely but the room was below good. The tap was not screwed in and it was small and scruffy. Also I was next to the hallway door so was kept up by it slamming all night.

is a very calm location, good room. breakfast also good. it would have been better if the reception staff had allowed us to extend for 1hr our check out timing, but they just said, no, its full, and it was obvious that the place was almost empty.

The two gentlemen who checked me in and checked me out were very polite. BUT There is mold on the bath ceiling. The shower head leaked not allowing the head to spray with any pressure. I had to set the plastic bag in the body/shampoo dispenser in place to allow me to use it. There were "No Smoking" symbols attached to the door at every room but all evening I knew when one of my neighbors decided to have a cigarette. I took mass transit. I walked from the tram. I followed the directions supplied to me. There isnt a sign that says Hotel de Villeneuve nor a sign that displays the address 80 Boulevard Charles de Gaulle. There is a sign that displays Kyriad - a name that is not mentioned on the info I was supplied with my reservation. And the sign cannot be seen through the trees while standing on Charles de Gualle. I passed it. I walked about one km. I spoke with a bus driver. I rode the bus back to the area of the hotel. Since I could not see it through the trees a nice woman who was walking her dog walked me to the entrance of the hotel property. I still was not convinced that I was at the right hotel because of the Kyriad sign but I figured I might get directions to my hotel. Fortunately it was THEE hotel. Once I had seen the condition of the room I planned to stay the night and leave in the morning. I did not expect a full refund for the next two days. I was charged for one night plus a too large admin fee. I may fight the for a refund of the admin fee w my mold pictures.

The property was DIGUSTING, the lobby smelled like rotting lobsters and the key they gave us was a hole punched piece of plastic that looked like a dogs chew toy. Then when we got to the room which we went up a set of stairs with minimal lighting and got to the hallway to our room with NO lighting in it, when we opened the door all we could smell was HEAVY mint cleaner. The lampshades were broken and cracked and the lightbulbs barely worked, the bathroom was dirty and had cigerrate burns on the toilette paper and the tissue boxes. Plus, as an added bonus there were dead little bugs EVERYWHERE.

The hotel was in very bad conditions, they were doing maintenance and we had no water, we wanted to shower and go out as we had just landed in Paris in the morning. We had to wait until 6pm to shower and we landed in Paris at 6am. Very disappointing start to our trip. The hotel is a let down very small room, bed was very hard to sleep in and the carpets are gross. I wish we had stay at a different hotel, closer to locations.

Middle of nowhere.
Not a great area, very industrial, almost scary with dodge people around, not recommended for single travellers. Transport (link to the closest train station is a tram, cc 15-20 min walk) The taxi from Paris Gare du Nord train station (EUROSTAR) cost 20 Euro.

We were very late in reaching Paris. We informed the hotel authority about this. Since, the check in time closes at 11 pm, they kept the keys in an envelope and also told us the code for entering through the gate and the door code where keys were kept. Rooms were nice, cozy. 8 min walk from La Noue station. Very quiet place. Highly recommended.

Kyriad Hotel is too far from Paris Centre
The Kyriad Hotel is so far from Paris in the middle of nowhere. There are some very large apartment buildings near the hotel, but surprisingly there are no restaurants, bars , supermarkets or any place to eat or drink other than the small restaurant in the hotel. The food was very mediocre You might as well go to Eastern Europe as this area does not give you any feeling of being in Paris or even in France. The Front Desk staff was friendly.

The hotel is old and run down.
The hotel is old and run down, and looks nothing like the photographs. The entire time we were there there was an overwhelming smell of raw sewerage in the upstairs corridors. We had someone enter our room with a pass key at 4.30am, we reported it to reception, but were given no feed back or apology

NOT near airport, and two flights of narrow stairs
I actually like these hotels that locals stay in. A restaurant with a few main courses to choose from, more people sitting around drinking beers, a friendly staff. But, Expedia suggested that this was near CDG. A 50 EUR, one hour cab ride suggests, not so near. And walking up two flights in a narrow stair case is getting too much for us. Why is it that none of the hotel sites identify stairs vs. elevators?

Terrible experience
The site was near the site of interest on my business trip but the bed was caved in and did not sleep well at all. The Wifi was acceptable and although quite rudimentary with no lifts and inconvenient doors and stairs it would have been ok if at least I could sleep for the one night i had to be there.
