This boutiqe hotel is just awesome. Located in the 16eme on a quiet street, just off Avenue Kleber. Grocery store and Laundromat very close as are Metro stations. Short walk to Avenue Victor Hugo, the Arc de Triomphe, Place Trocadero and the Tour Eiffel. Room was big enough, bed comfy, bathroom huge by European standards. Great water pressure. Staff were amazing as well. Would definitely stay again. Only small complaint is the walls are a bit thin as this is an older building, so you do hear some conversations in adjoining rooms. There is breakfast provided for a fee but i dodn’t eat here. Main Metro stop is Charles de gaulle Etoile which is a 13min walk away and can get you to all major lines through the city. Lots of restaurant options nearby.

The customer service was incredible. We had a problem with one of the wheels of our wheelchairs lost two screws. They sent their maintenance man and her repaired it in no time. We are at a loss as to what to do. God really used that man to solve our problem.

The property is dated. The rooms are small, the walls are thin, and sound carries. The property is located a few blocks from the Metro and is within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphé and Champs Élysées

Staff was very friendly and I ran into no issues with them. The room was small but had everything I needed for just 1 person. The keys are bulky so the front desk offers to hold onto them when you leave for the day. I had no problems retrieving my keys from the front desk whenever I returned to the hotel. I thought it was somewhat pricey for what it was but overall I had a positive experience staying here.

The staff is very very friendly…the room is small but the location is very convenient… it’s in walkable distance to most of tourists attractions. They have a bunch of restaurants and bakeries and grocery market nearby

Wonderful stay in Paris! Small room (as expected) but with everything you need including air conditioning and an elevator. Exceptionally clean hotel. Staff was incredibly accommodating, friendly and helpful. Very close to two Metro stations- Boissiere and Trocadero- which made travel around the city very easy. Very quiet, family friendly neighborhood with a small grocery store only steps away and many restaurants, shops and bakeries nearby. Not a luxury stay but wonderfully met all of our needs. Would highly recommend a stay here!

Lovely little hotel, friendly staff, lovely breakfast area, seating area just off of reception, lift available, staff will book taxis/ trips/ dinner reservations/ recommend things and places for you. Central to the action and the quiet side streets of Paris too. You are within walking distance 15/20 mins from eiffel tower, arc de triomphe and therefore the amazing shops in the champs elysees. You're also a phone call away from a taxi to anywhere further, we booked all ours online via the G7 app. Prepaid, arrive as quick as you'd like or book for a later date and time. I'd recommend the louvre and the palace of versailles especially, but prebook your tickets to avoid queues at busy times. *****

The hotel was clean. It was in a decent location; walking distance to several shops and cafés. The customer service was great. My only complaint is the size of the room. It was tiny. We could barely fit our luggage in the room. Otherwise, it was a good stay.
