This hotel is amazing and is in easy reach of most of the tourist attractions along with the subway/bus. Really convenient Check in was amazing. The staff were super helpful and did everything to let me check in early. It was very much appreciated. They sorted the city tax and at this point told me how much I needed to pay The room was the best room in the hotel l thought - floor 5 with a balcony. There were stunning views of the city - the weather was cold but it was amazing to sit out with a coffee on a morning. This room had complimentary refreshments in the mini fridge which was stocked up everyday. Everything I needed - I couldn't have asked for more. I really did have a wonderful stay - there is always someone on hard to help and their English was great. I would have rated this stay 5/5 but the check out was horrendous. 3 members of staff stating I owe more city tax than what was already paid for an additional night that I had already paid for. I refused to pay this extra rubbish and 2 of them started talking in French thinking I didn't have a clue what was being said. Shameful response from them - especially that one of them was the manager. The young lady was very professional and polite but the guys were rude and obnoxious. This really did put a dampener on my amazing stay. I eventually walked away and left. I don't feel that having staff members bully customers is appropriate. I couldn't imagine how intimidating this could have been to a single female. Overall great

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! One of the best things about it was its fantastic location—just a short walk to the metro, which made it incredibly convenient to explore all the popular parks and attractions in the city. The Eiffel Tower was also within walking distance, which was such a treat! The staff were amazing—helpful, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. They really made me feel at home. My room was comfortable, clean, and provided everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, I couldn’t have been happier with my experience here. If you’re looking for a comfortable, conveniently located place with exceptional service, I highly recommend this hotel. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Great convenient area to walk into the pain area to Eiffel Tower, loads of cafes, restaurants and shops local, staff are very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much to ask for. Stunning quirky hotel and our Kingsize bedroom was just a dream. Everything we needed. Free coffee machine, kettle, top up your mini fridge free of charge with soft drinks & water. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was in a perfect location to visit a few of the big sites from the Eiffel Tower to Musee d’Armee. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful throughout my entire stay. While the room was small, it was perfect for me as a solo traveler and it was tidied everyday without fail. I would definitely stay at Hotel Le Tourville my next trip to Paris.

Stayed here as this is one of the safest areas in Paris. I had no issues walking at night. I felt more like a 3 Star due to overall experience and comfort. But location is excellent.

Liked the family room very much. Most hotels offer a sofabed for children but with a boy 13 and a girl 11, qe needed twin beds which the family room provides, alon with king size bedd. Also wonderful large, light filled bathroom.

The hotel is located in the 7th arrondissement which is a quiet and safe neighborhood within walking distance of great restaurants and boutique shops as well as the M8 metro line. It was very convenient to get around Paris by train or bus from this location. The hotel itself is well adorned and clean. The rooms are on the small side but apt for the cost. The mini-fridge is stocked free-of-charge every day. The bedding and pillows are comfortable. The bathrooms are nicely currated. I would stay at this establishment again.
