Staff Julian was excellent at check-in. Three of us were traveling and we got three rooms. Hôtel rooms were clean but very small as well as the bathrooms. Hôtel was eco-friendly with motion- sensor lights which I loved. Also, the key card that opened the doors served as a switch for your lights and other devices in the rooms. Once it’s removed, all your power is out, Genius! Stay away from the breakfast, it’s not worth the 14 euros. Not many choices of food. There were no fresh fruits and the only fresh fruits were the oranges which I squeezed myself to get fresh orange juice. My friend wanted boiled eggs and she had to boil them herself. Basically, the 14 euros breakfast is DIY.

Over priced for the type of facility they are. Showers way to small compared to other hotels in area & paris. Night desk staff very unaccomadating & unwilling to assist in any way.part time desk staff unfamiliar with area & unsure of alot if things. Breakfast meat not fresh. Manager nice , but wants every penny & not flexible on thier staff errors

Check in was easy and convenient. No elevator so pack light, shower space is small. I’m 5.1 and 150lbs. I barely fight in the shower area. Other than that staff was very nice and friendly. Close to metro station and walking distance to Eiffel Tower. Loved our stay And safe to walk early morning and late night.

We were only there for one night but for that short time...this hotel was great! Perfect location, clean, easy to get to many places. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Paris.

The room is comfortable. Cleaning is done every day, leaving clean towels every day. The people at the front desk welcome you very kindly. The location of the hotel is in a safe place and you can walk to the tourist sites and very close to the Eiffel Tower.

Shockingly poor
Room was exceptionally small. Had to step into the shower sideways and your body still scrapes against the doors. If you try to turn whilst in the shower your body presses against the tap and it turns off. To walk around the bed to get anywhere you have to side step. Very noisy hearing people stomping up and down stairs constantly. 5am every morning hearing clattering plates and cutlery. No plug in the sink. Foot prints on doors. You have to give your room key into the reception every time you go out. No idea why. Last 48 hours WiFi stopped working.

Very well situated - but overpriced..
Great location, great personal and service. However the hotel in itself felt rather worn down, and no elevator. So you pay a great deal for the location - as you often do in Paris, but the price does not reflect the quality or standard of the product. However; location, location, location!

Meh, so-so.
Breakfast was okay, nothing too big or fancy but you have to pay (when I was told online that breakfast was included and free). I am grateful for how the people at the front desk were very hospitable, kind, and helpful for many things but am disappointed about how nothing was done about the noise complaint I had about the other people staying in their hotel rooms at night. Also, there was a lot of construction outside during the mornings on the weekdays so I did not have a good time waking up to that.
