The front desk manager, was excellent. Very pleasant and helpful. All other staff we met were the same. The rooms are small however this is to be expected for a hotel such as this. The USB ports in the bedroom by the desk however did not work.

Center of town. Convenient. No parking. Rooms have good AC. Very small 2 person elevator or 1 person with luggage. Hotel has 24/7 front desk and they retain your room key anytime you leave.. very safe. 1 block from the FDR metro station.

Loved our stay here! The staff was VERY friendly and SUPER helpful! They were kind and thoughtful, while also being funny. They went out of their way everyday to make sure we were ok and got anything we needed. It was also a perfect location! The metro was close and a lot of restaurants were around the corner! We would recommend this hotel to family and friends!

the location was very good , area we wanted to stay. close to metro and shops and cafes. room was smaller than expected, outdated, but staffs were very courteous and helpful. at the checking out, city tax which supposed to be $42.63 per expedia price detail but they charged $100. Not happy about the wrong information or they over charged us. We will stay ast another hotel next time.

I loved loved loved our stay at this hotel. It is a small boutique hotel with an amazing location and outstanding friendly service from reception staff. They were always available and so helpful. I requested a blanket to go do a picnic as stores were already closed at that time and they were so nice to find something for me to take. We stayed an entire week and I have to say I slept very relaxed because they made the hotel feel like home. I also needed to add one more day to our reservation and the concierge was so nice to help me with the booking and help me to keep my same room in order to not have to move all the lugagge, I'm really grateful for his help. I also needed a clothing steamer as mine broke on the trip and I needed it to steam my wedding gown for a photo session, and voila, they loaned me one to use which saved me. They also have a barber shop in the lobby which was perfect for my husband to cut his hair, and it was a great haircut. Also they have a small coffee shop which is connected to the hotel which can be very convenient for anyone who likes to eat breakfast. Also it is located around several restaurants which open until late, and a beautiful park all walking distance. The president's place is also walking distance so there is good security around. It was a really good experience and we would definetly stay in this hotel again. Thank you everyone!!! :)

We absolutely loved it here. everything was so charming even the little lift . the front desk staff were fabulous. a 1 min walk to the gardens and 2 min to the Champs Elysees. so many many eating options around and everything was excellent ,including prices. 5 min walk to the subway either Franklin or Champs. be aware that you have to leave your key with the front desk because it’s an actual key and for security purposes you have to leave it behind. also if you use the minibar, you get taxed for your entire stay- not worth the city taxes for a bottle of water or juice.do not use it!!!
