This has to be the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The amount of little bugs that were in the bathroom was insane to me. The room was small. The girl in the phone desk was not accommodating at all. It was extremely noisy, barely got any sleep. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Overall, quite good. Whoever designed the shower needs their head examined. You couldn’t move your arms without bumping the controls, therefore shutting off the water and/or changing the water temperature. Very poor design!! Everything else about the hotel was quite nice.

The hotel is very nicely located with everything nearby including Charles du gul etoile station being a short walk from the hotel. The hotel room is nice and classic Parisian style. The breakfast is also spectacular.

The staff was kind, and they served a delightful breakfast in the morning. The location was convenient, just a 3-minute walk to the Metro and within a 7-minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was clean, it was a bit small. Unfortunately, we encountered a disappointment when there was no hot water one night, and we were unable to take a shower throughout the night. Although we were informed that a technician would arrive to fix the issue at 6 o'clock the following morning, they only arrived in the afternoon, and I had to wait until the next afternoon to finally take a shower. This was the only negative experience we had during the trip.

Nice, but terrible wifi in my room
The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Despite being on a fairly busy road the noise was cancelled out really well by the full height windows. The main down side was the wifi connection, which was very poor and made working impossible without tethering to my phone. The room TV also had a lot of dropped channels or poor signal probably for the same reason.

Location 2 blocks from the Arc de Triomphe was amazing, yet had a very quiet feel. Public transportation was right there, but we chose to walk to many of the popular sites. The rooms were great, the staff very pleasant and helpful.There were cafes right outside the door.
