LOVE this location, the room was gorgeous and had two huge windows that opened up into the street which was so lovely! Super walkable, and metro is nearby I’d definitely make this my go-to when in Paris

The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. The check in was very easy. It's only 7-10 mins walk to the train station and surrounded by a lot of good restaurants. They also provided baggage service and there's a lift as well. The only downside is that if you travel with two big luggages, it might be a bit challenging as the standard room space is quite limited. But it was managable for us. All in all, I would 100% recommend this hotel and would stay again!

This hotel is a walking distance to some of the tourist areas, restaurants and stores. We used google map to get into the destination we wanted to visit. The hotel and the room were clean and quite. The room is small for 3 as expected when youre in Paris. The bed is very comfortable. They clean the room everyday. Over all , we enjoyed out stay.

The staff was very helpful and friendly ,The place is too small. Originally, when we booked a double bed and a twin bed, it turned out to be a double bed and a sofa bed smaller than a single bed. The cabinet door is difficult to open, and the electric hair dryer needs to be pressed by hand all the time to use, which is very inconvenient and my hand hurts.

Staff are very welcoming! Gave a 3 star for cleanliness. The room is very small and initially the room did not look and feel clean; especially the toilet. Urine marks/stains were visible underneath the seat. Other than that our stay was quiet and we felt safe.

Cute little boutique hotel, relatively good value for money. Staff very unfriendly and not welcoming at all, really bad first impression and not very accommodating. Room itself was nice and clean and in good location for exploring lots of areas of Paris especially Monmarte.

During the previous days before my check-in , I noticed that nightly rates had decreased by 1/2. I contacted the property (I did a reserve pay at the hotel reservation) to enquire a price decrease. When I arrived at the hotel, the girl at the front desk, charged us for the adjusted rate and of course, I was very happy. Little did I know that upon checking out, they insisted on me paying the balance. There was a gentleman that would not listen to us. Pay or else kinda of person. I travel a lot! I would not recommend this hotel to anybody due to the lack of customer service!!!

Internet so bad it may not even exist. Only seems to work in lobby. Tiny room even by Paris standards. Broken bar fridge not fixed for duration of stay. One towel a day! Definitely not a four star hotel.

Excellent stay! The room was clean and the staff was friendly. We paid extra for the breakfast and it was delicious. The property is near many public transportation options and there are shops/grocery stores nearby. The room was very tiny, which is typical in Paris, but functional. Overall, I would recommend this place!

Perfect place to stay in Paris
We stayed 4 nights at Maison Pigalle. We found it to be the perfect place to enjoy our time in Paris. The neighbourhood is very lively and feels very safe. It also is conveniently located close to subway station to get around town easily. The room was very small, but it is to be expected from a hotel in a large city such as Paris, it did not bother us. Staff was kind and helpful, bed comfortable, room clean. We could not have asked for more. Only small point to be mentioned is the humidity smell in the hallway. However, it disappeared as soon as we were in the room.

I wish I could give this place less than one star. I reserved a deluxe room for 3 and they added an extra sofa bed to a single room and charged me more money, but by adding the bed, the room became less functional. The closet could not open. They don’t actually have triple rooms, they just charge more and cram extra beds onto the same space. There was a hole in the bottom of the shower, so after every shower a swimming pool formed on the floor, not just in our room. And this is happening in other rooms as well, not just the hell hole I was assigned. As for the toilet, there is not enough space for a normal person to fit into the space. It is ridiculous. I don’t not recommend this place. I think the information they post is misleading and they know that they can get away with this false advertising as this is Europe. They are doing construction and the knocking/ noise begins at 8am, of course guests are not told about this at the time of booking or during check-in. It’s just a nasty surprise you get when you are trying to sleep. On my reservation, I was told that I needed to pay $20.58 at the hotel. Upon check-in I was charged $48…no explanation. At least the AC works. Otherwise stay away from here. It is a mess! Also, the hot water stopped working during our stay. Again, nothing mentioned to guests. It was our job to call and ask what was going on. No we apologize for the inconvenience. Just…We know there is no hot water, maintenance is working to fix it.

The room was clean and well decorated. I explicitly booked a room on this website with one double bed and two single beds. The room they gave us had one double bed and a sleeper sofa. This meant my teenaged son and daughter had to share a bed. I told the hotel staff and showed them my reservation which showed the bed configuration. They said they didn't have any rooms with that bed configuration. Then they charged me extra for my daughter, who they said was an adult. She is 17, but I put that in the website when I made my booking and it had anyone through age 17 as a minor. We were exhausted and jetlagged and I had no energy to argue these points. We accepted the room. I would not book with this hotel again and am frankly reluctant to book through Expedia again. One last thing is that this hotel seems to be a in a very seedy area. We laughed it off, as we had no choice, but I wouldn't have booked a hotel in this neighborhood had I known.

El cierto era muy pequeño no hay había lugar para colocar la maleta, si te bañabas por la mañana no salía agua caliente solo tibia como que la caldera no daba abasto y algo con lo que batallamos desde el primer día fue con el aire acondicionado que por más que fuimos a recepción no lo ponían en frío …. Dormimos mal la verdad
