The staff were simply lovely, helpful and friendly. They even froze my vacuum sealed butter. The area is fantastic. Metro two blocks away. You step outside and there are cafes and restaurants everywhere. Monoprix, supermarket, half a block away. You can spend your whole time in the Le Marais district there is so much near the hotel. Highly recommend the hotel. It isn’t fancy and rooms are small but would def. Stay here again.
The staff is very friendly and helpful - they are the best of hotel. The hotel itself is ok - feels a bit dated, even though it was most likely revamped for Olympics. The real problem is noise. I was in room 301 on back of hotel first night / in a small cluster of windows a sort of “courtyard” - could hear neighbors above me as window was open - their voices were highly amplified. Could also hear the loud neighbors across the hall - as they would be very loud in hallway both late at night and early morning - the door to my room provided no sound blockage. I moved on my 3rd night as hotel was full - this time to room facing street. It seemed good until my next door neighbors were talking and laughing until 3 am - I could hear everything through the wall as if they were in my actual bed. Very poor sound barriers in hotel all around. For roughly $250 a night in The Marais this is what you get.
Again, the staff were very pleasant- but I would not stay in this hotel again.
Great location in the Marais. Comfortable beds. Room was very small for a double room. The bathroom was also very small. Good breakfast but expensive. You have to pay extra $15. Better to eat breakfast at a nearby cafe.
