Good overall, great beds, bathroom was good. Weird ordering food off of the menu in the room. Tried to order around 9:00 pm and the desk told us they were "too busy, call back later" we didn't call back so I don't know much about the room service. Anyway, the stay was good overall for comfort and very good for location.

I loved it, the hotel is nice and clean and the staff always kind and helpful. Breakfast is very good, I recommend! Metro and tram are next to the entrance door and you have supermarkets very close. The only problem is that rooms are not soundproofed, I had a neighbor who shouted into his phone until 2AM and I couldn't sleep.

The hotel is good, location excellent and safe, hotel staff friendly and helpful, breakfast good but same everyday is too much.it should be some variety for the price for a 3 star hotel.had issue with room being too small and broken shampoo dispenser, they upgraded us for more money to another bigger noom 60euro. It should have been free but oh well. The only thing that was annoying was the internet not working properly at all times. Other than that. I like it.

Good location for restaurants, shops and access to the metro. All staff are very helpful and polite. Rooms were cold and walls were thin also the rooms would benefit from coffee making facilities.

This hotel was surprisingly excellent, though I read the reviews before I went and I was a bit put off but I was extremely surprised. This hotel was very clean and the location was great next to the metro that takes you to all the places you need. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for a a cheap option.

Hotel conveniently located right in front of metro stop, in what appeared to be a nice neighbourhood. There were many grocery stores/food options nearby. And within walking distance to the Catacombs. Walls were very thin, though, and you could hear everything going on in your neighbour's room. Also room did not look like those pictured. It was small, our window looked into the building, and you could constantly smell smoke in our room even though we requested a non-smoking room. Shower was tiny, also. It was like showering in a camper van shower.

They will charge you before you get there!
The hotel is clean and have nice breakfast but it has a very small elevator with one person capacity and if you have a room at higher floors (I was at 6th floor) you have to wait for a long time. besides they charged my credit card before I get there and made difficulties for me. The told me that they will cancel the transaction but they did not I am still waiting for my money back! Besides walls are too thin and you can easily hear what is happening in you next room.
