The location was fabulous, close to attractions and the metro. The room was clean, the bed was pretty comfortable and the area felt safe. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only negative was the toilet in the bathroom was in a very tight space and they installed the toilet paper holder on the wall right where your elbow kept hitting it.

By far the best place we stayed on our 20 day trip around Europe. The beds here were divine and the staff was so kind and funny! The young lady who checked us in was making jokes and also making sure we knew everything and had all we needed. We only got one night here as we headed back through Paris from Normandie and I wish we would’ve stayed longer! The linens and pillows were also great!

I’ve been to Paris numerous time but I have to say this experience beats every other hands down. Sonia at the front desk was exceptional!! I was feeling a little unwell when we arrived and she took care of me like a friend would. The staff here are absolutely fantastic!! The hotel itself is within walking distance of the Louvre and the hop on off bus. The rooms are really spacious, beds are really comfortable and amenities are awesome! There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance and it always felt safe, day or night. If you’re staying in Paris, look no further. This is the best!

Lovely and helpful staff. Good room and bath size. Cleaned every day with fresh towels. A rug or two on floors would add a lot. Also should have anti-slip mat in bath, shower.
