Outstanding from beginning to end
This trip began long before we arrived in Paris. The staff was incredibly responsive to my needs and answered every question with haste and sensitivity. This continued thru our 3 day stay. They took care of my medications that needed refrigeration and brought them to me when I needed them. They helped with restaurant reservations and when I needed to change my train trip departure time they were on it. Overall a delightful experience

Stunning room, quiet, great AC, with high-quality toiletries. Staff was accommodating, professional, and friendly. Great check-in experience and able to leave luggage with concierge while I explored Paris for the day due to a light departing flight. The breakfast was not only beautiful, but extremely tasty.

Loved this area of Marais. Easy 10 min walk to Seine and great cafes, grocery and laundromat nearby. Always felt safe being solo traveler. Greeted upon arrival and staff is very attentive. Glad I chose this hotel for my first Parisian adventure.

This is the third or fourth time staying at this beautiful, well appointed boutique hotel in the heart of Le Marais. Location: The location is perfect, next to excellent restaurants and bars (highly recommend Cafe Charlie and FouFou), the metro, shopping, and all that Le Marais has to offer. It is also very walkable to many major tourist attractions. Rooms: The rooms, depending on where you are placed, are on the smaller side (cozy) but extremely well appointed and organized. The beds are very comfortable and the shower is excellent (great water pressure). The design has a luxurious old world Parisian feel while still feeling modern. The minibar has the perfect selection, and should you forget any toiletries they’re all available for you in the room. Service: The service is excellent from the time you arrive to the time you leave. The hotel emailed me in advance to offer transportation, champagne and other amenities in-room upon arrival, and to offer any other needed accommodations. Champagne was waiting in the room as we arrived, as requested. The staff are very friendly, proficient in English and French (and perhaps other languages), and care for your every need with a smile and eagerness. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Paris and highly recommend it to any traveler looking for a boutique hotel with a 5-star feel.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a wonderful part of Paris. It is a small boutique hotel. The staff were fantastic, nothing was too much. The room was clean and had everything you need, including Clarins toiletries in the bathroom. A box of chocolates and real flowers is also a very nice welcome gesture. We would Not hesitate to stay here again.

It is a shame that they haven’t given this hotel 5 stars. They leave no stone unturned. Breakfast was scrumptious. Rooms were boutique-luxury. Staff was always available. The area was upscale with many dining and shopping options within walking distance (15m or less). If you appreciate quality service, stay at La Chambre du Marais!
