Amenities were not refreshed each day ie soap, shampoo, tea and coffee. The staff were not particularly compassionate when issues were raised and just brushed things off. On check in, I was not given any information about wifi details, public transportation nearby or money exchange and as this was my first time in Paris with almost no French this made things more difficult. Overall a very mediocre stay and did not live up to reviews.

The Room was actually larger than I expected especially for Parisian standards. It was also very clean and the air conditioning really came in handy because there was a heat wave in Paris. One day it was 108ﾟ and the room was very comfortable. My only issue was that there was no American TV channels even though it was listed on the TV Guide. When I pointed it out to the staff they said that it had been down for a week and they weren't sure when it was going to be remedied. I was there for 15 days and there was never an American channel. The hotel is located across the street from metro which was very convenient.. I was able to mill about Paris with ease. There are several cafes and eateries and grocery stores in the area so I really made myself at home those 2 weeks. The staff was pleasant and accommodating! I visit Paris every year and I would not hesitate to stay in this hotel when go back.

The beds were extremely hard....the shower leaked because the glass didn’t go over far enough... and I rented two rooms and they were not side by side

The hotel was a good choice, we stayed here for 2 days and it was a comfortable stay. The room was clean, the included desk and layout was very good and we could actually open the windows so it wasn't uncomfortably hot. I can't say how relieved I am about this, as me and my partner struggle to sleep if it's too hot. I can't think of much bad to say about the hotel.

good overall
The stay overall was good and most of the staff were nice however we believed to have had a pair of sunglasses stolen from our room. Of course this may or may not be the case they could have been lost elsewhere however we politely mentioned to receptionist and were completely shot down and dismissed. the problem should have been taken seriously and the fact we were so quickly dismissed makes me believe they have had this complaint more than once.

Great hotel
Really nice hotel, half hour walk to Eiffel Tower, metro across the road as well. Avoid the cafe across the road, very rude and unwelcoming staff & food is rubbish as well. The staff in this hotel were friendly and helpful. Comfy bed and pillows. All in all a great hotel for a good price. 100% recommended
