For rating extremely tired battered fixtures and fittings in guest rooms. Lack of staff interest in facilitating guests. Waited nearly half an hour in bar area for service, would have gone else where if possible. Food very mediocre. Iron totally useless at basic function /no steam option. The small distance from the airport made this the perfect location for our brief stay. We only stayed one night but if we knew the amenities of this location and had more time- this would have been a longer stay.

Rude staff and dated hotel.
Arrived at 11am and enquired if an early check-in was avaliable, staff would not even. Check if any rooms were ready, firmly (rudely) stating 2pm for check-in. At 2pm we were told the system was down and we could not check-in, finally able to check in at 3:45pm. Very dated property with so many maintenance issues, needs a re-vamp urgently.

You need to improve your shuttle service to the airport. When I arrived at the airport, I had to walk an EXTRA 45 minutes to get to my terminal!!!!!I could have missed my flight.Tell your drivers to drop guests off at their individual terminal!!!!!

Short but not so sweet stay...
I had to wait for the airport shuttle for an hour as it did not come to the assigned area that I was at. It became very frustrating, and the driver was very confrontational when I addressed my situation. The check-in was courteous, but my room was a long way from the elevator after being very tired from traveling since 530am and it was late at night. The room was very old and outdated but clean. I was not staying long and wanted to get some rest before an early wakeup call to go back to the airport. Someone across the hall was fighting with someone else inside a room which was disturbing. It was bit of a difficult stay, but the check-out was easy, and the morning driver was very nice and helpful in getting me to my correct ticket counter.
