This hitel is very accessible by car or public transit. It is in a new area but there are a lot of places to eat and drink nearby. It is 5 mins walk away from Rosa Parks metro station and it is safe to walk at night.

A place to sleep
We stayed during the Olympics, so choices were limited, but this was new so we went with it. Breakfast and the snack area was amazing. But besides that, the location was a little out of the way, and not in a good way. Also, they limit the degrees you can turn the air conditioner down, 69 is the lowest. It was 100 degrees during the day and in order to ensure a cool(not cold) room was to close the blinds and put a do not disturb sign on the door, so the Ac could run all day. If they clean your room, they turn it all off, they are extremely eco friendly in Paris. Even the cabs don’t use air conditioning. But the hotel was clean, with a scent of construction, it was super new.. and the staff was amazing!

Nice Modern Eco Hotel
What a great hotel with a nice modern vibe. Room was spacious and comfortable and super close to the train. The restaurant/lounge was nice for both breakfast and being able to have meetings and calls. Super friendly staff and very reasonably priced compared to alternatives (at the time).

We had an issue with a horrid stench in our room …it was unbearable. The staff tried to help…but no other rooms were available. They also are aware of the problem with rm 117 especially. It’s also right on the street so with windows open or not it was noisy . No AC …still waiting on compensation from Expedia / hotel management.

Front desk staff is excellent. Good amenities and clean in general. Cleaning staff can be inconsistent. Some oddities such as no top sheet (only comforter), not replacing used coffee cups. Eco friendly and a good place to stay despite low down neighborhood. Easy to access by train or subway. Would definitely go back.

Nice location outside the tourist area but easy to get to the tourist area. Friendly helpful staff, easy checkin and checkout. Nice lounge area with beverages and snacks.

No electricity!
I am upset at my resent stay here and one single incident ruined the entire trip. The hotel lost electricity in the early hours of the morning, my room was freezing cold, so cold I woke up in the middle of the night. Because of the loss of power, all my electronic devices with my travel documents were not obtainable. Throughout this experience staff were indifferent without clear information. Staff were often not at the desk as each guest came downstairs panicking about not having power. I had to ask a fellow passenger to book me a taxi as my phone was dead. All the hallways were pitch black without good emergency lighting. I was on the 5th floor with no access to the lift and had to make several trips and wait long periods to speak to staff. I had to make 3 trips to bring my luggage downstairs. I had no access to running water and had to leave without a shower which was disgusting.

Relatively Good Hotel With Friendly Staffs
The staffs at this hotel, especially the front desk staffs, were amazing. Most were friendly and helpful. Complimentary hot and cold beverages available from noon to night at the restaurant/club area. Drinking water available for refill at every level. Ironing room available at level 6. Room was of decent size, bed was comfortable. Our room was facing the railway track, very noisy throughout the day and night. Air-con was weak and almost non-existent. Hotel very near to Rosa Park RER station, bus stops and walkable to subway station. There are some eateries and a supermarket within walking distance of the hotel which is helpful.
