Really clear communication, clean stay and really comfortable bed. Only minor points were toilet seat is broken and the on button for the tv on the remote doesnt work

The room had air conditioning, a comfortable bed, and good shutters that kept out the light. That said, the shower ran out of warm water after the first day and we spent the week taking ice cold showers in a teeny tiny stall. The room was much smaller than advertised — much too small for 2 people. The bathroom had little ventilation and with no cleaning service our towels were just wet all week.

Hôtel is currently under renovation, which led to paint sheets tapped up on floors and stairs, paint buckets right outside my room (which I had to step over!), tradesmen drilling and sanding right outside my door well after 6pm. There was no forewarning and the hotel didn’t offer any discount.

Overall, we had a great time at Residence Aurmat although we were asked to go to a different building than the one in the website. The place is spacious and clean and it has all the necessities we needed. The stairs put us off a bit because we were carrying big luggage but other than that, we had a lovely time. The owner(?) was very nice and friendly. :)

Sehr sehr saubere Unterkunft. Praktisch eingerichtet. Man konnte auch gut kochen. Klimatisiert. Das gesamte Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut erreichbar. Auch zu Fuß. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Es ist sehr laut von der Straße. Die Fenster waren für mich keine Schallschutzfenster.
