Rosewood cottage is a charming little house sitting in the middle of town. It consists of three bedrooms and one bath with a fully stocked kitchen, a with a desk and monitor and a washer and dryer available for use.

***Cleaning fee is included in nightly rate!***

Pets (up to 2 dogs) are allowed for an additional $40 fee (goes to the cleaning staff). Please make sure that you click the number of people and add your friend!

The driveway is long and wide enough for 2 trucks and trailers for your atvs/SXS. There are 3 outdoor security cameras covering the driveway, front yard/driveway, and back door. These cameras can be disabled upon request.

Fantastic weekend getaway!
Came out and spent the weekend with my brothers and dad, and we felt right at home! Spent the weekend doing hikes at Mount Magazine and some shooting at the local range, but we couldn’t have picked a better home base to kick back at. If you’re looking to experience what it’s like to call Paris home, this is a perfect spot! Big thanks to the host for communicating everything incredibly well.

We always enjoy our stay at Rosewood! It is very clean, beautifully furnished and well-stocked. There is a nice area in the backyard for grilling and a big backyard for our nieces and nephews to play. The hosts are friendly & accommodating. 10/10 for sure!

Shelter from the Storm [Really just Rain]
We came up to visit friends and see the Fall foliage. Unfortunately, it rained incessantly and was cold the whole time we were in Arkansas. Nevertheless, the house was perfect for our friends to come visit us for an afternoon. The house was well-furnished. The host/owner responded quickly and appropriately to all of our questions. There is a nice fenced in backyard that I wish we could have used, but rain prevented it. We would stay here again without hesitation and enthusiastically recommend it.
