Only problem was trying to reach a human to ask about taxi service after the hours the shuttle was not operating for a late arrival. Otherwise a great experience.

The biggest surprise was that there no USB plugs. Everything is rundown. Carpets fraying, broken tiles and mold in the bath. The sheets and towels were new and clean. We had a suite, but you had to call reception to get dishes etc.

The hotel is quite rundown. Do not expect luxury or nice decor. Room was in bad shape too, and mattress was not quite comfortable. On a positive note, the free shuttle is great as the free breakfast was above my expectations. Situated in a hotel strip near CDG, there is nothing around to enjoy.

Super big suite for a reasonable price, 94€ a night. Included shuttle to and from airport. Staff super nice and helpful. Only complaint is I would like more pillows for the bed.

The room was really comfortable and nice. The staff were friendly, they let us to check in with 20 extra euro. Hotel was close to airport and that is what we were looking for. The free shuttle was big help as well, they picked us from airport and dropped us to airport. The shower and restrooms were clean, if you see couple molds on the ceiling of shower dont mind it.

Only stayed for a quick sleepover but wouldn't mind staying longer. Bed was comfortable, staff nice, everything was spotless. Shop within walking distance and the hotel shuttle was a nice addition. Just note that you need to book the shuttle beforehand and be ready outside before your time slot so you don't miss it like us. Although taxi back to the airport was around €13 so not the end of the world lol.

After reading reviews was hesitant to stay but we had a great experience. Yes windows cannot be open so during summer heat likely too hot in room but temperature for sleeping was👍👍 for our stay. Upon arrival at CDG airport and going to designated pick up location, hotel van was a bit slow to arrive but right on time for 6am departure to airport. Spacious, well appointed suite. Easy 5 minute walk by just crossing street and going through parking lot, nice open paved trail to good selection of restaurants in local community. Short drive from/to airport. Polite and helpful staff. Very comfortable and agreeable stay- would recommend!

This is an airport hotel. You expect a functional room, a clean room, a shuttle back and forth to airport, a breakfast, and that is what you get. Too pricey though for what it is. There are other options in the neighborhood for much less, that I considered but did not take as they did not propose a shuttle. Next time, I will get a cheaper hotel and pay the taxis.

I picked this hotel to be close to CDG airport for a morning flight. It's definitely not the 4 star hotel as advertised but it has a free shuttle to and from the airport and a small restaurant. Trying to find the shuttle pickup and figure out where the password was, definitely challenging, but after asking multiple people, I got it.

Close to the airport and good shuttle service. Instructions from the hotel to meet the airport shuttle were a little confusing as CGD airport is huge. The hotel staff was very friendly and a great breakfast. The hotel needs a little work/updating but it suited our needs for a one night stay.

Good hotel, good buffet food, very friendly staff
The toughest part of the hotel is transportation to/from the airport. Only one terminal is visited by the shuttle so it takes a very long time to get to your airline and taxis are $25 to or from the hotel.
