Was a great hotel very clean and nice staff would highly recommend ! Although rooms aren’t very big but a lot of rooms in Paris are small . only thing I’m disappointed about is I took breakfast and I wasn’t very satisfied with the food other then that was great ! Had a good experience.

Excellent location being within less than five minutes walking distance to the Arc De Triomphe, Champs Elysees & Metro. You can tell the hotel is nicely newly renovated. Only down side was the size of the room (Junior Suite - through Expedia). With 2 adults, 2 children and 2 suitcases there was literally no room to maneuver. There was a little roof balcony which added a nice touch. Another thing that really disappointed was we are family of 4 but they only gave 2 pairs of slippers, 2 smalls bottles of water and 3 sets of towels so we either had to make do or constantly ask for the right number required.

This hotel has a very convenient location that’s close to the sites, food, and shopping. The staff were also very welcoming and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again!

Alex at the front desk went above and beyond. My first room was extremely small I booked three nights originally. I needed to extend it was the start of fashion week so rooms were selling out fast he made sure I would be and to extend with a larger room. He also helped me plan my day trip to Champagne France. He helped me understand the train,metro and provided info about the surrounding area.

Close to metro, hop on hop off bus and local bakeries, restaurants and cafes. Service terrible - despite advertising a pool, they charge you to use it, no greeting when you enter reception, room not cleaned as the cleaners didn’t have time, no towels at pool (despite paying extra), coffee pods not replaced, no fresh water, no where to store clothes, no fridge. It seemed gueats were an inconvenience for them as they did very little to make our stay pleasant. Thank goodness the hotel is located close to attractions so our time there was minimal. Suggest you find somewhere else where staff are friendly amd make your stay pleasant.

Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The location is okay, the rooms are tiny, everything else is super small. The elevator fits one person, the rooms at so small it should be illegal

Will recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Paris. Staff was great, hotel luxurious, and had everything we could ask for…except maybe a fridge. Beds were great, and bathrooms were perfect.
