Beautiful setting
A beautiful setting surrounded by a pristine horse farm, trees, and gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Still close enough to amenities. Rented this house for family coming in from out of town and the amount of rooms were perfect. Nicely decorated and the guest bathroom recently updated. Kitchen is very spacious and was sufficient for our group but lacked enough cookware, silverware, and extra serving options. We had a plumbing issue in the small master bath and was addressed quickly. The rec room is in the unheated detached garage which would be great in warmer weather. Plenty of parking for our vehicles. Had a lock box on back door and auto lock on front door. After some confusion, manager cleared that up. We were pleased with the Management team’s quick responses to these matters. Highlight: Those Kentucky sunrise and sunsets-they were incredible!

Exceptional Stay
I can't even begin to say how stunning and new and beautiful this property is. The host made this stay a 10 out of 10. What a beautiful country setting. So quiet, so peaceful. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Private, Peaceful, and Serene
We visit the Lexington area a few times a year and this rental is one of our absolute favorites. There are so many things to love about this home. It's beautiful inside and out. The location is close enough to Paris KY for quick pick-ups, and far enough to enjoy the night sky without any light pollution. It's very quiet. The sunrises and sunsets were spectacular. And seeing the horses in the nearby fields was an extra bonus. This one is highly recommended!
