Staff were polite and mostly happy to help. The property was nice and was in a great location. However, on our departure day the elevator was broken and we had to carry very heavy cases down 4 narrow flights with no offer to help - not great considering one guest was an OAP and the other had a bad back.

It was convenient, needed a place right by train station. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and helped me with getting a room early as needed one to take a work call.

This property served its purpose for an early train out of Gare Du Nord. The street noise is nothing however the walls are thin and maintenance workers in the building overnight were tossing clean linen bags all over the hall. The front desk saves the staff rating as they did check me in at 1pm with no additional fee. If you’re looking for an easy transport stay, this does the job. For all else, stay away.

Given the condition of the hotel and the need for renovation, the price we paid was high. Location to train station is great. We were frequently told to be careful of pick pockets in this area.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL, WE CHECKED IN THE HOTEL FOUND IT DIRTY AND ROOM SMELLS A VERY BAD ODOR 😕, WE CHECKED OUT IMMEDIATELY. AREA IS DANGEROUS IN THE NIGHT TIME. STAFF DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH AND LOOKS LIKE A MAFIA. STAY AT NOVATEL SUITS VERY GOOD HOTEL. AVOID TIM HOTEL.
