This magnificent 287 m² villa comprises :

What's more, all the amenities you need for everyday comfort are within easy reach of the property. Finally, the house is ideally located between Paris (50 minutes by car to Montparnasse station) and Versailles (25 minutes by car), offering you easy access to all 2024 Olympic Games event venues and tourist sites.
