Arrived late evening room smelt of mold figured maybe ventilation so we put baby wipes in vent! Attended business early next morning came back late evening around seven room still had strong mold smell. Spoke with attendant promptly wanted to move to another room problem was it would be second floor. After just having surgery wasn’t up to moving floors and ended up leaving around 1:30am from mold smell.

I was very disappointed and upset with Expedia and Hyatt. I made a reservation and paid in full in advance for SMU parents weekend. When I went to check in, the hotel had overbooked and did not have a room for my family. At 11:30 on a Friday night, we had to find another hotel.

Second time staying in a month. Very quiet. Everything you need on the property (bar, breakfast, pool area, gym) as well as two blocks away (restaurants and gas). Only things that weren’t updated in both rooms I stayed at were the tubs and bathroom cabinet. Only problems I encountered this second time were a coffee pot that didn’t work and a roach in the closet.

Within driving distance of my work, some restaurants, and Starbucks, this hotel room was spacious and had the option of fitness room. There was a wet smell like there was water present somewhere. There was a leak in the bathroom and I had to call the front desk four times before getting someone on the phone. However once someone answered, the maintenance person was sent quickly and the front desk person comp’d my parking fee for my inconvenience! Overall, this was a nice stay.

Our room was on 3rd floor & next to freeway. Could not believe the noise, felt like I was sleeping on a race track. Need new windows/insulation. Bathroom door would not stay closed. Kitchen was fine & room was clean. Breakfast was great with lots of options.

Convenient to SMU stadium.
We enjoyed our stay. This hotel allows dogs so even at midnight we heard dogs barking. However, the breakfast was excellent. Fresh fruit is a plus. Eggs, sausage, muffins, yogurt, real orange juice. Uber very convenient to the SMU stadium.

Room and bed were comfortable. Staff were nice. Breakfast was good. Room had a bit of a musty smell, but not too bad. Easy access off of freeway, didn't notice noise of freeway even though it was just outside our window. We will stay there again.

Unfortunately the facility other than the lobbly and dining area had a dirty odor. Our room was not clean and the tub and walls in the bathroom were mildew stained badly. Staff was very friendly snd helpful but not much to say on the room we stayed in and the odors. Sorry Hyatt, we won't be returning. I learned a long time ago, you don't get a second chance to at a first impression.

Our floor reaks of piss. Some parts of the shower wasn’t clean. The room and the beds are great . FYI this place only has 1 elevator area so get a room near the elevator or you are walking

Shower drain was clogged and wouldn’t drain while water was running. Bathroom vent rusted, and could stand for new carpet. Bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the second vanity space! Huge plus. Friendly staff
