Nestled one block away from Main Street and the Town Lift, this impeccably redesigned condo radiates a bright and airy atmosphere, providing delightful accommodation for six. Easily stroll to Main Street’s world-class restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, or Park City Mountain’s Town Lift to hit the slopes. With a complimentary town-wide shuttle stop right outside of the property, you can explore even more of what Park City has to offer.

The attractive kitchen, showcasing new cabinets and quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar, provide all the essentials to prepare a home-cooked meal and is perfect for mingling with family and friends. The dining table offers seating for six and the breakfast bar has seating for four.

The cozy living room invites guests to relax on plush furnishings and watch the large flat-screen TV or crackling wood-burning fire. Enjoy the view through the large sliding doors that lead to a private patio with a table and four chairs –perfect for al fresco dining.

The sleek and comfortable bedroom offers a new king-size bed and mattress, stylish décor, and flat-screen TV. A full bathroom is conveniently located between the bedroom and living area. The second bedroom offers two new queen-size beds and mattresses, well-appointed furnishings, flat screen TV, and a full en suite bathroom.

Park Station amenities include an indoor hot tub and sauna, Wi-Fi, coin-op laundry facility, elevator, and complimentary parking for one car. Park City Mountain's Town Lift generally opens the third weekend of December, please check with the resort for current status and updates. Moderate Plus rating.

PLEASE NOTE: The courtyard areas, including the outdoor pool and hot tub, will be closed for renovation from mid-April, immediately following the closure of the ski resorts, through the fall of 2025. This property is not located on the courtyard side. Please note that construction may take place between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday - Saturday. Thank you for your understanding as we make these improvements.

Great Location for Main Street Stores & Activities
Very nice property overall. Management has some opportunities to improve. Master BR toilet did not work for our first two days. We could have used some guidance on how to use the television( 4 remotes in main room, which do what?) and the coded doorlocks did not lock automatically after entry. First few nights we had unlocked doors overnight. Parking was tight - no passes for our guests.

A block from Town Lift, super friendly and accommodating staff that helped coordinate my rentals and delivery of groceries. Couldn’t have asked for a better location for a ski weekend with my son. Will be back.
