Impressed with the nice room and loved the bathrobes! Nice balcony. Kitchen was great for us. Good location. And easy access to bus and a cute cafe just across the parking lot. We didn’t like that the bedrooms had windows on the interior walkway and we were across from elevator so it was a bit noisy. Great communication through texts from hotel regarding the hot tub not available and check out info. Very impressed overall for the price we paid.

Property a bit outdated but amenities we like, such as a kitchen. Carpet looks old. Our room smelled like cigarettes. The front desk argued about it then brought us a candle but no matches for the smell.

Great place to stay for a getaway.
I love that the rooms are "condo" style and include a fridge, stove, microwave and even a small dishwasher. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. This resort is close to restaurants and in a beautiful mountain setting. Staff was very nice, and the communication through text was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Our room was very nice and clean. Could use a place to hang more clothes and usb charging station. We were also close to the elevator and at times it was noisy from that. But the property was great and staff friendly. We would stay again.

We rather enjoyed our stay at the Park Regency Resort. The accommodations and older but well refurbished. The bed was very comfortable and the pool and hot tube were nice.

I needed to change my condo because of a bad odor. That said, the staff were so accomodating and a pleasure to work with. They moved me to a perfect place. While the overall facility shows some aging due to the rough climate in Park City, it is so well located and there was no need to rent a car.
