The bus stop is right out in the front of the house! Park City Mountain Resort is walkable with ski boots on (10min slight uphill).

Be courteous to your neighbors. Each unit shares common walls, floors and ceilings: voices, music and TV can travel thru shared walls and floors.
HOA requires adherence to quiet hours and all-hours courteous behavior for neighbors, indoors and outside along walkways and parking lots. Noise complaints are taken seriously and may result in fines. Playing video games in units require headphone use at all times.
