This 2,400 square foot townhouse is in gated community, built in 2020. Stay in the Parker Strip area situated between the Keys and the golf course, just minutes from Foxes and Roadrunner. Two car garage is deep enough for your rails, watercraft or small boat. Public boat launch is just minutes away with beach access only 0.1 mile away at the BLM day use area. After enjoying a day on the river enjoy the house with high-speed internet (wi-fi and wired), smart television, and cable TV.
