Our room was filthy! Carpets had stains on them, our room smelled like food, there was a film all over the mirrors and windows, the sheets were old and looked worn and yellow, the bath towels were old and stained. The wash cloths felt like sandpaper.

The carpet in this place was so disgusting. Micro tells used to be very nice simple rooms. But this place was disgusting

Property has become rundown, the most rundown Microtel I've experienced. Also not all that clean. Often no staff member in sight. Inexpensive, but not an enjoyable stay.

Cannot turn lights on or off from the bed. No one is servicing breakfast. Ran out of coffee and yogurt and nearly out of bread products well before finish. No one at the desk either. Scratchy washcloths. No ice machine or vending could be found.

Our rooms were not very clean and the carpet was gross. The entire hotel needs a major professional deep clean. All hotel rooms are in terrible shape. The elevator smells terrible - like curdled milk. Check-in was quick and easy. Bed was pretty comfortable. We rented 4 rooms and all parties felt the same about the rooms.

You get what you pay for … the elevator and hallway smelt horrible …. Breakfast was waffles and some toast. Waffles you make yourself. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were outdated the carpets looked liked they have been around for quite sometime

We have not stayed at this Microtel in years and the quality has gone down. The shower got water everywhere, the toilet would not stop running, and the refrigerator did not work. The room was clean and the staff was great, but the place has a bit of a rundown feel because those things were not kept up.

Amazing staff
The staff were compassionate and accommodating. They went above and beyond for us during our stay. I had booked my room for the wrong date and they helped me get in a day early. All of the staff I encountered during my visit were incredibly kind. Definitely would stay again.
