This 4 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms home is designed to embrace outdoor living and entertaining and comes with a formal lounge room, a quiet office space, kids playroom and a beautiful Hamptons meet French Provincial style kitchen, connecting to the spacious outdoor entertaining and in-ground pool area.

Centrally located, you will be able to reach Parkes CBD within a short stroll and are conveniently located to shops, pubs, cafés and restaurants.

Guests will have the entire house to themselves. The 4th bedroom upstairs is locked for smaller groups but can be added to the booking. It is automatically added if the house is booked for more than 6 people and an extra charge per person will be applied.

Beautiful Home with lots of space!
A great house for group stays - several beds for couples, several singles. Three complete bathrooms plus one additional WC (even if you don't rent the additional bedroom upstairs) Fairly well equipped throughout. I would happily stay again.

Great accommodation
Beautifully renovated and decorated old house complete with gorgeous pressed tin ceilings and chandeliers. Well equipped kitchen, shampoo/bodywash in bathrooms, clean bedding. It was a very hot weekend in Parkes and we enjoyed having the pool to cool off in. Upstairs bedroom was very hot but thankfully has air con which cooled it down adequately. Walking distance to the CBD and restaurants. Good communication with host. Couldn't ask for more really. Highly recommended.

Beautiful house in Parkes
We had 6 guests stay here (including a 5 year old) over the Labour long weekend. Happy to say we were very impressed. House was beautiful and big, we rarely left the property. Kitchen is amazing and has everything you need in terms of cooking/baking. There are some pantry items included. When we stayed, there was no sugar so we did have to go out and get some. Every appliance was working, which was great. Washer and dryer included and their is a washing line up the side should you wish to use that. Location was great, very central to the main street and shops. Their is a private driveway on the cross street which fit our 2 cars. Unfortunately the pool area and pool itself was not clean. We ended up working out how to use the pool robot which helped. Also the neighbours kitchen window looks right into the whole area which can feel a little intruding as we did see them multiple times. Would be nice if their was some sort of privacy over that top fence line. We had booked the extra "locked" room upstairs as a nice private wing for my sister and her friend. Turns out the huge room only had a bed and an aircon in it. Had we of known, we would not have booked. Going off the pictures listed it would seem the bedroom with the couch is what is in the locked room. I would not recommend unlocking the room unless you need extra sleeping space. Lastly, it would be nice if their was an extra aircon in the hallway or the family room. Thank you Sven, overall a very beautiful home!!

Lovely house with country charm close to town
We enjoyed a really relaxing short stay between Christmas and New Years in Parkes. The property was so relaxing, very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of space, beautiful high ceilings and tastefully decorated and clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. The pool was a refreshing bonus on the hot days we had during our stay. We loved being a walk away from the main town and enjoyed walking around the neighbourhood. Would very happily stay again and recommend to others. Communications with Sven/owners was fast and helpful with all queries!

Charming house in Parkes
Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful property. There is ample room for everyone and conveniently located just a stones throw away from the centre of town. Whilst there are 2 air conditioning units in the property, we found these couldn't adequately heat all the rooms. Currently the property has no extra blankets to use on your bedding, and the children had to find extra clothing to wear to bed to ensure they were warm enough during the cold winter nights.
