Country Outback Cozy Home *W/Camp Fire Pit*

Outback Cozy Home is located off a back road, but just minutes from Route 30. It is back in a shared, gravel driveway. It sits beside two other parcels. One where the owners live, but you will still be able to have your own privacy.

You will have easy access to Walmart and a few restaurants and coffee shops.
It is approximately 15 miles from Sight and Sound in Strasburg, and also the town of Intercourse.
And about a 30 minute drive from West Chester, Pa.

The kitchen has all new appliances, including fridge, oven, microwave,and is fully stocked with kitchen essentials.
It has a washer, dryer, wi-fi, however, no cable TV.
It also has a spacious living room with a pull out couch that turns into a single bed.

You have a back deck which would be a great place to drink your coffee, relax, and watch some wildlife.

We want our guests to immediately feel welcome the moment they walk thru the front door. It is perfect for a quick visit or extended stay!

Note** Occasionally there is motorcycles/dirt bikes that ride on the neighboring property.

There is an above-ground pool on the property that is owned by the neighbors next door . Please do not use it , unless you had permission by them. Thank you!

We do have a horse, dogs, and chickens on the property that you are welcome to interact with if you would like to.

Out in the Country Paradise
This was perfect for our party of 4 (myself and husband and my mom and dad). We live in the same town, but drove out separately because of work schedules. There was enough to park both of our vehicles in the parking space. The two bedrooms/bathrooms are at opposite ends of the home, so there is a nice level of privacy. We had breakfast both mornings with a full sausage, eggs, bagels, and pancakes breakfast we brought with us. Everything to cook is there. Nice selection of coffee and tea provided. Dad kept saying how good the water tasted and how clean and pure it was. There are trains closeby that you can hear. We loved them. It was a pleasantry we don't often get to experience where qe live. Room was pitch black at night with the black out curtains. Loved that too. If you like country life, this place is abaolutely for you. About 5 to 8 miles from central Lancaster. We stopped by Main Street Exchange, a nice women's clothing store and saw a production of Noah at Sight and Sound. Nice place to play some board games too. This peaceful place made our trip. Would highly recommend and would stay again. Special thanks to the host for providing a nice place.

Very nice place , quiet, very clean, perfect for 2 couples would stay there again. If you are going to sound and site theatre they are about 15 minutes from the theatre. We noticed no tv but was a refreshing change .

We loved the quietness of the location and it was the perfect setup for 2 couples! Basically 2 master suites so it was perfect having our own space but still being together! It was extremely clean and had all of the necessities that we needed & homemade whoopie pies were a really sweet touch! Would absolutely recommend this place!

Short perfect quiet stay
Very beautiful property. Very quiet and peaceful. Everything was perfect. My husband and I went to Philly for the evening to see a show and did not want to stay anywhere close to the city. This was a perfect distance away from the city that we could continue our journey home in the morning. The house itself was great, bed comfortable, good temperature. Would highly recommend and will keep in mind for future trips!

Perfect little getaway
It was nice having a cozy place to relax after daytime adventures. It was very quiet and peaceful and nice to have a little space. Master bedroom was a nice size as we had two small children sleeping in the room with us. Owners were easy to contact if needed. Only thing is wish we had time to enjoy the fire pit out back.

Great pics but…
Listing and photos of property looked great and communication with host was excellent. Upon arrival, however, the home was less than desired. While the listing said no CABLE TV, it really meant no TV at all - not in living area or bedrooms. Master suite was nice with comfortable bed but hard to cool due to vent located under the bed. Our friends were highly dissatisfied with the bed in the second bedroom due to the quality of mattress and pillows leading to 2 nights of poor sleep. Overall home was not well maintained - janky blinds, curtains which didn’t quite cover the sliding glass door and broken hardware attached to the walls for curtains and toilet paper holder and empty soap dispenser in master bath. Very strong smell of bleach upon arrival in 2nd bath which did finally dissipate. Could be great property with a little more attention to detail and TVs.
