Fully furnished with queen size bed, full size kitchen appliances, large dinning area, fullsize bathtub, in house washer/dryer, 2 tv rooms, BBQ and all kitchen supplies, bedding, bath towels, hydro, cable & internet included. Propane for heat is extra. Non smokers only. No pets. This is available for rent a maximum of 5 months only from Nov 1 to Mar 31 (minimum of 4 months) while we are in Yuma AZ
