Welcome to Ocean Haven, a two bedroom condo located in Ocean Sands Resort in the popular seaside community of Parksville. The suite can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests & features modern furniture and decor, a fire place, patio & BBQ. This oceanfront resort overlooks Rathtrevor Beach, giving guests direct access to miles of sandy beach. Pack a picnic lunch and spend the day exploring the vast shoreline and scenic woodland trails. The area is known for its stunning ocean views and sunsets.
The suite is available for long term rental during the off season, please contact us for available dates and rates.
The suite can accommodate up to 6 guests.
The primary bedroom is fitted with a king bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds and the pull-out couch in the living room will sleep 2 guests.
The living room features a cozy couch made for relaxing, a fireplace, Smart TV, modern furniture and decor.
The kitchen is fully equipped to allow guests to cook and dine in. In addition, guests can grill using the BBQ on the patio. The dining table can double as a work space for those guests working mobile.
Complimentary coffee and sugar are provided.
There is one bathroom that includes a tub/shower combo. Bathroom essentials are provided: shampoo/conditioner/body wash.
***IMPORTANT NOTICE*** if you plan to use the pull-out couch in the living room, please message us so we know to leave out bedding for you.
Guests can access the coin laundry facilities on site. We provide complimentary laundry detergent.
Guests are welcome to access the children's playground on the resort grounds.
Beach towels are located in the suite for guest use.
Beach Access: a short 5 min walk down the trail, elevator access is available for part of the trail, past the pool.

No pets as per the resort policy.
No smoking, vaping, or cannabis use in the condo or on the patio. Smoking and/or Vaping is prohibited except in marked designated smoking areas on the resort property.

Guests are required to take their left over food/drink with them upon departure.
