Entire staff was friendly and accommodating. Welcome drink in bar and cookies at turn were a nice feature. Breakfast buffet was very fresh with a wide selection of choices. A quick 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

It is a beautiful hotel. Our only issue was with the fact that our room was located on the main floor beside the entrance. The high ceilings and the echo noise from the lobby area was quite noisy. In addition at this time of year they do not have air conditioned so to get fresh air we had to open these beautiful windows facing the front of the hotel. We had to smell the cars engine from cars parked right under our room window. We also had to smell the smoke from the smokers being out for a smoke and chatting with other smokers near the front door and under our bedroom window which was unfortunate. As a result we had to keep our bedroom window closed. I really think that they should not rent these rooms close to the lobby area and use them for storage or move the parking area at a fair distance from people's bedroom windows. Besides the issue above we have no complaint. Ricardo the server at their restaurant was fantastic. LD & DC

The room was large but the second room of the suite had only a table and two chairs. No couch no comfortable chairs. The bathroom was down a spiral flight of stairs from the bedroom. Terribly inconvenient. Dangerous especially at night. Worried about falling down the stairs. No privacy in the bathroom and very noisy. The shower floor tile was very slippery when wet. There also was a door in the bathroom that opened into a common hallway. Could hear workman talking and was surprised when sitting in the bedroom to hear someone come into our bathroom. Didn’t make me feel safe.

Very nice hotel. Perfect location for visiting Parma. Lovely, spacious room, comfortable bed, well appointed bathroom. Staff very courteous and helpful. Parking easy and plentiful. Good breakfast, only thing I didn’t like :cappuccino was lukewarm.

I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel. It’s clearly just been renovated and is in excellent condition. Whilst in the centre the walk from the hotel to the main centre ( 10 minutes ) is through an ‘interesting’ area , not unsafe but definitely didn’t feel comfortable. The room I had was a duplex which I wasn’t aware of when I booked with the toilet downstairs which was strange as was in the hotel basement . There was an emergency exit door which is fine but they should state clearly it’s a one way door . I also felt the cheap wall hair dryer was very dated and not functional for a 5 star hotel . And thanks for being Pet friendly and not chargi by extra .

Staff, food, & property were all terrific. We'd absolutely go back & highly recommend it. The only negatives were no pool or fitness facilities.

Very spacious, with its own park to relax in. The meals at the ristorante were excellent. And the staff could not have been more helpful: friendly and anxious to see you are enjoying your stay.
