This is a wonderful place to stay. We were here only 3 nights and wish it were longer. It's within walking distance of the port, however if you don't know where you're going it might be confusing at first. In reality, it was the best location in our opinion. We rented some wheels and were able to drive all around the island and this area was our favorite. It's in a quiet area, close to loads of restaurants. But the ABSOLUTE BEST PART was Tommy. He had us at, "Hello, I'm Tommy, your personal chef." And chef he was. We had different breakfasts each morning and each was better than the last. He was funny, charming, and man oh man could he cook! The sweet women at reception was very welcoming and always offered to help us with anything. The room was spotless, well thought-out, had a balcony (not a great view but it's a balcony on a Greek Island so there are zero complaints here). Other reviews mentioned the 'loudness of doors closing', it could be true but, come on. It really can not get better than this place. It's easily worth three times what we paid (but we really hope that the prices don't increase to what it's worth). Do yourself a favor and give it a go. Try the pizza by the slice at the end of the street and enjoy amazing sunsets with some gelato next door and ah, life is good.
