Traditional Cycladic styled villa in Aliki village. It is located 500 meters from Aliki’s downtown with its restaurants and cafes and the main beach. It is in a countryside quiet area, 12 kilometers from Parikia (capital - main Port) and 2 kilometers from Paros airport (absolutely no noise, planes do not pass over the house). It is also 50 meters from a bus-stop with frequent connections to airport and the capital , 2 kilometres from popular Faragas beach and 3 kilometers from Punda kite-surfing beach.

The villa is on ground floor, 120 sq. meters, ready to offer you a pleasant and peaceful stay. In the spacious verandas / balconies you can enjoy the beautiful view of the countryside and sea.

The house is independent and consists of 3 bedrooms (the one with 1 double bed and each of the other with 1 double bed and one single). There is a fireplace ( not functioning) decorating the living room. Idyllic Villa
Villa Giorgianna was perfect for our two-week stay on Paros. It is clearly well-managed, clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Margarita, the property manager, was very helpful the few times we needed her help The location at the southern end of Paros in Alyki was convenient for easy access to the main villages and all the beaches while being tranquil and quiet. We highly recommend Villa Giorgianna for a really fine stay on Paros.

This place was better than expected. This is walking distance to Aliki beach. This house was gorgeous the host was so helpful and responsive. We felt very comfortable and home like. The area is phenomenal.

Wonderful Villa
My wife, two grown children and I stayed here in September. The property was very clean and well appointed. The beds are comfortable. Living room has ample seating with a nice Flat screen TV, with an international app making easy to find US channels for entertainment. Although we didn't cook much, the kitchen is large and set up well if you did want to prepare your meals there. Outdoor spaces are comfortable and have stunning views of the Aegean Sea. We also enjoyed the refreshing pool after a day of exploring island. The little village of Aliki is small and quiet, but has plenty of restaurants, a grocery store and a great beach. All within a five minute walk.

Charming house in Aliki
I have to first mention Margarita who was responsive and when above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our two week stay. The house was well appointed and comfortable with fantastic wifi and the accommodations were perfect for our needs. The house was a perfect size for us, allowing us to wait out a few days of rainy weather and leverage the good weather in the lovely outdoor spaces. There is real care given to the design and care of the house and it makes it feel like a home and not a rental. IT's very close to the sweet town of Aliki and yet you can hike for hours, swim at the beach, shop etc all without getting in a car. The house was quiet and we sat outside in the evening just staring at the view. It was a stellar visit and we really appreciated the responsiveness of the owner with our questions!

Lovely house with many modern features. Interior design is extraordinary, modern and fun.
Magie has created a soothing atmosphere for a holiday. The house has multiple areas for privacy fir a large group although in our case there only two. Several beaches are walkable as are many restaurants and breakfast spots. Sophie runs a lovely bakery for pastry and lunch pies.

PARADISE IN PAROS
We had great hopes for Giorgianna Villa from the listing, which was so compelling, that we returned to Paros specifically to stay here after not having returned since 2012. Upon arrival, the owner's lovely Katerina met us promptly and with open arms, and spent a half hour advising us about everything we needed to know. The villa was gorgeous, it far exceeded every expectation for amenities, size, location, comfort, thoughtful touches, ongoing communication with Margarita, the owner. Margarita was so helpful for anything we asked or needed, responding practically immediately every time we asked a question or needed something. The location of the villa was absolutely perfect, located within a quiet area overlooking the sea and only a 7-minute lovely walk into the delightful small village of Alyki, its beaches and many wonderful tavernas and friendly Proton Market. I had broken a wheel off my suitcase departing NAXOS en route to the ferry, so Margarita's father was so kind, he left tools for me to repair it. On another day, this sweet lady was outside the villa watering flowers and then left us tomatoes and a melon! Very sweet ... it was the owner's, Margarita's sweet mother! What host endows his or her guests with such kindness? Although we did not cook, we certainly could have, because everything needed to cook an entire meal was present. Also, plenty of hot water for showers, comfortable front porch to overlook the ocean and get fresh air, work or have an evening wine or cocktail while greeting passersby and neighbors. We have stayed in many villas throughout the Cyclades and Crete, but rarely have we felt as welcome as we did at Giorgianna Villa. The owner, Margarita, could not possibly have made us feel more welcome and anything we needed was attended to immediately. The TV offered Netflix and, as we have an account, we were able to continue watching our favorite series from 6,000 miles away from home! Amazing. There were two other bedrooms, all white and welcoming, beds made with spotless white sheets and offering a washer, blankets, luggage stand, everything any traveler could possibly need. We are planning to return, if possible and we are able to come to Greece next year, to Giorgianna Villa. This villa is exceptional in every way, from style, amenities, cleanliness, communications with owner, location, comfort and security for visitors to Paros.

Perfect All Around!
Property was exactly as advertised. Beautiful- spacious- clean! Wonderful convenient location in Aliki- walking distance to town yet away from all the hustle and bustle of Parikia and Naoussa which are a quick drive if you want to go. We were welcomed warmly by the owners Dad who was so kind to share his gardens bounty od cucumbers and melons with us! We thoroughly appreciated and enjoyed them ! Would definitely return to this area and property.

Fabulous villa
Fantastic villa, beautifully furnished with all mod cons. Even Netflix! Perfect place for a quiet peaceful holiday. Kind helpful host Margarita and very welcoming Grace when we arrived. We had a wonderful few days. Aliki has super restaurants and two excellent supermarkets if you want to ‘do it yourself’. The villa has a good oven, and hot plates and a microwave and a huge fridge freezer. What more could you want? Spacious and fantastic in every way!

Beautiful house in an excellent location!
We were 4 friends traveling together. We spent 4 weeks at this beautiful property and wished we could have stayed longer! The house is lovely and equipped with everything necessary for your comfort, and the location is perfect. We had a short walk into Alyiki town every day for dinner or grocery shopping, and we were able to walk to 3 wonderful beaches. When we wanted to venture further from home, the bus stop was just past the house. The owner was very helpful and communicative, and her father shared tomatoes and melons from his garden as well as homemade wine! We enjoyed our stay immensely, and are hopeful that we will be able to visit again next year.

Wonderful vacation home!
This was the ideal vacation home. The house is beautiful and near the charming town of Alyki. It was also a perfect base for exploring Paros. The owners thought of every detail for our stay, from beach towels to slippers. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very nicely decorated. We have stayed in many vacation rentals with our family of 4, and this was one of the best. We highly recommend it!

Lovely Villa and ideally situated
This is a lovely Villa, everything you need is provided, the interior layout is well planned and very comfortable and has lovely gardens and outside spaces to relax in, and although a road runs past the Villa, it is still very quiet. Grace who met us on arrival is a lovely lady and explained everything in a very understandable way. It is only a 5 minute walk to the centre of Aliki where there are some fantastic eating places and a really great bakery, well worth trying. Everyone in the resort was friendly, polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend the Villa and the area.

Bright! Spotless! Comfortable! With stunning views!
My family and I stayed at Aliki Villa for 4 nights. We have 4 kids ranging in age from 9-15 and there was plenty of space for all (plus a Wii to entertain my boys.) The outside table and deck chairs extend the space of the house. The house has modern comforts, but also maintains traditional Greek charm in its architecture and furnishings. We chose to come at a time of year that wasn't busy and was a little chilly, yet still beautiful. We loved playing along the beach, wandering the streets of Aliki and hopping on the bus to Parikia. We recommend this home whole-heartedly!

Very spacious and well appointed 3 bedroom home which was perfect for 3 couples. The bedrooms were a good size and the kitchen had all the mod cons. Lovely covered front patio/porch with lots of seating from deck chairs to loungers to a built in bench. Great gathering spot. It's an easy stroll into the charming village of Aliki which had numerous tavernas and a couple of minimarts. Villa Aliki was wonderful choice for our visit to Paros.

Great for family holiday
